CHAIN Status

Hi I've just downloaded the chain app and it keeps crashing. How do I rectify? Jack George

I specifically purchased a Ruroc helmet and shockwave on the basis that the integrated sound system would connect to other helmets via Chain. The app is terrible does not connect and I feel this is false advertising and will be raising a complaint

The app consistently crashes whenever attempting to join a ride group. Happens every time to both me and my friend, we both have androids.

The app keeps crashing carnt use it so disappointed can this be rectofied please not a good selling point for the shocke wave or helmet

App keeps crashing on Android, just tried to use this with a friend. Very frustrating, thought we had found the perfect solution as we use different helmet com brands. :(

When I click Join Ride app, closes and runs in background like it should but i can communicate with my friend on his cardo. When i go back into the app to check it says join ride again but when I click it, it crashes. Me and my friend both on android.

Crashes every time join a group chat, now when try to log in comes up with something went wrong !! Please fix soon

Hi I have an atlas 4.0 and the shockwave system. The app works until I click join group with my fellow riders. Then it crashes and returns to the phones home screen. I have an android phone

Everytime i go to sign in. It saids something went wrong. My address and password is 100% correct

Trying to create accourt. Error message says: "Oups, Something went wrong. Generic error". Please help or make an update for the bluetooth system so riders can communicate directly with other devices like Sena, Cardo, etc.

App doesn’t work at all, error comes up when I try to create an account or even log in. Ruroc has the worst customer service of any company i’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. And for them to have an app for well over a year and still advertise it as this “revolutionary” communication system and you can’t even get it to work without crashing. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy Ruroc products.
