This weekend I can be present with my kids! Thank you for creating an app that is easy to use, shows me the Green Thumb options for quick healthy meal building. Saves us time and money!

Why must I always have to enter my CC billing address? Would be nice to make “no substitution” a default option than having to change it every time I order something. Also the store also doesn’t stock items the night before so I often get less than what I ordered.

I just discovered this updated version of the original Commissary app and like this one a lot. Added it to my wife’s phone but discovered we can’t have 2 accounts with the same Rewards card number. Is there a plan for the future to allow this?

The site was usable but coming from a regular user of Walmart pick up this site could improve on the categories list. I don’t always know what I am shopping for and Walmart’s app has a search feature as if you are still walking the isles in the store. CommissaryClick2Go should add that usability to it.

So much better than the website which crashes and takes forever to load. This was quick and easy!

Great service, website is user friendly and easy to navigate.

The service needs better inventory cataloging. It also would help to integrate with payment services to reduce time needed to buy.

It’s still growing but I think it’s developers can do better.

Always says error then locks me out of my account. Better yet is there is no support to contact when this happens. But my information works if I just use the website. Fix your crap.

CommissaryClick2Go is broken. Can’t login, it just keeps saying invalid login even after resetting my password. Then it proceeds to say I’m locked out for x amount of minutes due to too many failed logins.

Annoying app tryna put mil id or dod id it has 10 characters but app says 11 characters tried to checkout as guest but throws you in loops on this dang app how is this supposed to be a convenient way to shop

I love having the option of online ordering for the commissary, but the customer interface could use some work. There’s no way to save your payment option so you have to enter it every time. That wouldn’t be such a big deal, but when using the checkout function, the system often freezes, loads very slowly, or just won’t work. I usually switch between the desktop version and CommissaryClick2Go to see which one is working today. It takes a long time and often discourages me from using grocery pick up at all. The people who bring my groceries out are absolutely wonderful though.

I have been using CommissaryClick2Go to price comparing products and it works well. If one goes into the "More" section of CommissaryClick2Go there is the opportunity to create a list. However, it requires you to check out at the bottom. What I think would be VERY helpful is to be able to create your shopping list for IN STORE shoping that one is able to "check off" the items as the item is put into the cart (buggy where I grew up) and the aisle where the product is located when added to the list. I think CommissaryClick2Go has a lot of potential. Its just not there yet. I really just want to be able to create my shopping list in CommissaryClick2Go .

From the start CommissaryClick2Go is horribly slow and glitchy. It makes me think an unpaid intern who “thinks they know how to create an app” made CommissaryClick2Go . Coupons do not load due to “email and phone number not entered” yet they are. Loading of the flyer is very slow and takes you back to the front page. Unless you are looking for anything specific to search it’s a headache. When you click on any item forcing you to scroll 6 pages every time. If you want 3 bananas do not click 3 bananas, they will give you 3 bunches. (The wording is not for bunched bananas)

Two stars, one for the concept, and one for being able to make a list (though time consuming).

Edit: I went back to see other people’s comments and I’m having all the same issues that people have been reporting for months and nobody ever even replied to any of those reviews! Super annoying!

Keeps logging me out, when I try to log back in there’s often errors. My account information keeps changing on it’s own, my address randomly disappears, my email gets changed back to the my old one. Never can clip coupons because it says I need to update my account with valid phone number and address. Yesterday it was all there, today my address is missing and my email is changed. There isn’t any option to report a bug in CommissaryClick2Go . It’s so frustrating! Fix it!

This is VERY necessary for folks who live in overseas housing, but lack access to the Comissary. We try to make do at local supermarkets, but there’s just some things that can only be found at a US based grocery store.
That being said, it is kind of annoying to have to enter your payment information each and every time you order.
No option to save payment is my only complaint, otherwise, this is a time and lifesaver

I have trouble logging in. After I have entered my input data it says that it’s invalid due to wrong email or password. After changing passwords two or three times I get locked out for too many attempts. And it doesn’t save my passwords in the passwords file. It takes hours for me to make an order.

I’m so glad they finally made CommissaryClick2Go. It’s SO much better than the desktop version that triggered my TBI brain. BUT, there are a couple of housekeeping issues with this whole system. It’s not CommissaryClick2Go , it’s the way the whole thing works.

1) Substitutions: each sub should be reviewable via text or email BEFORE the order is finalized.

2) Every order should be left open UNTIL the customer comes to pick it up curbside. I was just charged for a sub I don’t want, and now I have to go into the store and return it myself. With the store being 30 minutes from my house, this defeats the whole purpose of using this program.

I hope this information gets to the powers that be and change the way it works. Otherwise, I’m SO glad the base finally got with the program and started doing this!

Just stumbled upon this service and what a game changer. App is a little slow during search and checkOut, but can’t beat the convenience!

Would like to be able to save payment options so that you don't have to continually retype credit card info.

I have been using Click2Go for about a year. CommissaryClick2Go enhances the shopping experience and makes it so easy. When just waiting for your car to be ready for pickup at the car wash or oil change shop you can shop right from your phone. I love it!

It would be nice to be able to use my military star card without having to go inside to pay. Other than that it’s really a great app.

CommissaryClick2Go works well once you are in. Just know that when you are getting set up on CommissaryClick2Go the password requirements are different than the requirements for the online account. So to save yourself some time and hassle choose a longer more difficult password for both.

CommissaryClick2Go is convenient, and fairly easy to navigate. The commissary offers great deals especially with the clip and save coupons. However they don’t actually work anymore. It allows you to select them but when you check out it reverts to the original price and the support team doesn’t seem to know why.

Click 2 Go is so helpful. It was easy & so nice to have I’m busy days. Everyone is always so nice & helpful. I will always use services on base as much as I can. It is important that we support & use all available resources on base.

I do appreciate the ease of ordering through CommissaryClick2Go , I do wish payment info could be stored though.

Coupons will not clip no matter how many times I switch between my personal and professional email to update. If it logs you out no matter how many times you change the password it will tell you the login info is incorrect. I like that I can order for pick up and save my spouse the aggravation of grabbing. The correct items. Other then that CommissaryClick2Go needs a lot of work.

The prices are amazing! But sometimes the store location does get our payment or the pick up line doesn’t work when you call to say you’re there. I’ve had to go in every time to request them to bring my items outside. Furthermore, I don’t always get everything on my list or substitution options. But I keep coming back to the click and collect because the prices make up for the hassle! Over 60items for near $100! Can’t beat that, that’s 6meals plus snacks and lunches for our whole family of 5.

There are many produce items that I would like to have picked up like apples and potatoes and cilantro, and they were not listed anywhere within the shopping online. Other than that, I enjoyed the click and go shopping.

I just downloaded CommissaryClick2Go to use for when we make our commissary trips. I am browsing through the vegetables and cannot egg it to load lettuces (says there is no product listed), or much of anything else. I would say CommissaryClick2Go is not much of a time saver as I would still have to go into the store to grab food items I’d like to buy that are not showing through CommissaryClick2Go . It is only showing a select few and a search does not bring up products I know they have in the store.

When I try to load coupons into my account, it says I don’t have a valid phone number. It is the phone I’m using to type this review which is in proper working order. I constantly got error messages saying “cancelled, timed out” then asking to type in a valid phone number and address. Both are completely “valid” and have been in this residence for a few years with no issues in other apps or websites.

Disappointed.

CommissaryClick2Go is not as user friendly as it could be…I’ve used many others that have a more robust search capability and enhanced options for selecting backups if item is out of stock…CommissaryClick2Go is also slow, at least on mobile device. I believe the Commissary can do much better in the technology department…prices and customer service can’t be beat though!!

The only issue I have with CommissaryClick2Go, is its sensitivity to updating your preferences on whether or not you want a substitution. When you click on the item you have to very careful not to select the item for viewing to update your preference because if so, it will change the preferences on other items you’ve already selected so that was frustrating. And if you have one letter misplaced in something you’re searching, CommissaryClick2Go acts as if it doesn’t recognize or can’t give you a “did you mean” this to the item you’re looking for. I finally found a way around the preference update issue, others may not, so please update because it shouldn’t be so hard. Other than that, pretty decent app.

Have successfully made a couple of orders for pickup. However, it always takes me multiple attempts to clip coupons. I constantly get an error message to add a valid email and phone number, when I already have both on my account. Please fix coupon clipping issue!

I’m getting the hang of using CommissaryClick2Go . It’s hard not to compare it to Walmart pick up. I don’t like that they don’t let you pick your substitutions, or that they rarely substitute your items at all. It would be nice to pick substitutions and have other options available to compare prices. I like that you can pick favorites. I also like that they show you what is on sale and the sales dates. Always enjoying the prices!

We enjoy shopping for groceries from the couch, but we’ve been accustomed to Walmart’s grocery app, which is far superior. The major flaws are the accuracy of the search feature and item descriptions. The search often returns incorrect items. Also, many items do not have a picture or lack quantity and size information. Cost per square inch or unit is needed to compare prices between products. Thanks for developing CommissaryClick2Go!

The user interface is fair at best. The search function is not great. For example, if you misspell a word, it doesn’t automatically know what you were trying to search. Some products have silly and “marketable” spellings of words. If you don’t spell it right, it will come up with zero hits.

CommissaryClick2Go takes forever to load, add, remove stuff from your cart and to provide search results.

The search feature is not all encompassing for what is actually in the store. It is hard to search for the “family size” items. For example, I had searched for cheese crackers, In store you can get the 2 pack of ritz cheese crackers. That product is not available in the search. It also didn’t provide results for the “freedom choice” brand.

The algorithm to provide results for the search is really bad. I was looking for the “Jet” brand of dish detergent and it took me about 5 different tries to get the wording right in the search bar for it to pull up the result I was looking for.

Using any other shopping app provides significantly better results in the search function. I would use CommissaryClick2Go more if it weren’t for this.

I do have a suggestion regarding the click2go, please, to CommissaryClick2Go developer, it would be nice having the option to check in on CommissaryClick2Go like other grocery apps do, because right now you can only call, and if I park in spot 1,2, or 3 the building blocks my reception and the phone operator can’t hear me very well to get my order. So I either have to go in (which defeats pick up option), or I get transferred on the phone to multiple different people until someone can hear through the staticky reception what my name is for my order. If there was an option to manually check in via CommissaryClick2Go this would make both the employees of my local commissary happy, and me happy, too.

As bad as the old commissary app was, this one is 10 times worse. Well, the interface is all modern and sexy. Likely designed by a Gen Z who’s only connection with the military is that they once watched Top Gun. The operation of CommissaryClick2Go is absolutely horrible. Impossible to clip all the digital coupons you want unless you have the lifespan of Methuselah. In the old app, you could clip all of the available coupons easily (sometimes) and be done in a matter of minutes. This new interface requires you to click, slide, click, wait, slide, wait, click, slide. Wait, wait, and then wait some more. It would be faster, if they still existed, to clip coupons out of a newspaper sort them and then dig through them as you go shopping.

Like anything the government touches, CommissaryClick2Go is horribly slow to the point of being unusable and a waste of time. You would think a grocery app would care about making its main function — adding a product to your grocery list — a smooth task. I’ve spent more time staring at loading screens than cooking my dinner. The products are also not always up to date and I’ll often get to the store just to discover it’s no longer stocked or discontinued. I see our tax dollars did not go towards hiring qualified software engineers!
