UPS is not a reliable shipper taking freight from California to Texas then to Colorado

WineSpies has less information on each wine than the website does. It’s missing the ratings for Dryness, Acidity, Tannin, Body, and Fruit that the website does for each wine. If I can do everything on the website that WineSpies does, and I get more information on the website, then I don’t see how WineSpies improves my user experience. It’s kind of unnecessary.
Good selection of wines at impressive discounts. However, order process can be perplexing and frustrating at best. Need to simplify process.
It’s 2023 — why don’t you have a native iPad version?
Also, when browsing through the store, the filtering options are minimal. How about allowing filtering by in stock? Browsing through a bunch of “Sold Out” wines isn’t useful for me.
Having a great experience collecting through Wine Spies; as a subscriber I'm introduced to great offers each during their flash sale and the store is regularly restocked with great wines at amazingly affordable prices. The Napa selections are top tier and the content isnt rooted in marketing and promotion but rather there's a didactic and pedagogical intent in the organization’s marketing and promotion.

Was skeptical about the deals and the wine you could purchase initially, but now glad I have this at my finger tips! You’ll find labels you know and a lot you don’t, though for the price, well worth exploring new labels, varietals and regions. Wine Spies turns your celebratory wines to Saturday night sippers with the prices. “Open a $150 bottle tonight? Sure! Since it was only $37!” Love expanding my wine knowledge as well with their descriptions and winery bios. Would recommend to the seasoned wine drinker to the newbie just getting into wine!!

Wine Spies rich content (blast describing the wine, What the winery says and About the Winery ) sets the stage for the quality of their offerings. Sourcing—these folks have some serious relationships to make wines of such pedigree available. Agent Noir has introduced me to many Italian gems and expanded my interest beyond CA/OR and WA. I wish the S.F. Giants could hit it out of the park the way Wine Spies does. A great customer experience!

It’s so nice because you can read about so many different types of wines out there. Then decide to order as many or a few as you’d like. my wife and I have been using Wine Spies for several months now and haven’t found a bottle we didn’t love. Probably the biggest drawback is once you find one you love, it’s not always easy to find more.
