6 months agoI have had more issues with ordering through the Wine Spies because of their screwed up website than all websites I have orders from online. Customer service response is courteous but ridiculously slow. I have missed out on purchases because of password recognition failures. I am close to unsubscribing and dealing exclusively with more reliable wine who provide direct and accessible customer service for their buyers,

The app has less information on each wine than the website does. It’s missing the ratings for Dryness, Acidity, Tannin, Body, and Fruit that the website does for each wine. If I can do everything on the website that the app does, and I get more information on the website, then I don’t see how this app improves my user experience. It’s kind of unnecessary.
