My locket won’t let me add the widget

The app doesn't send me a code when I enter my phone number, it says "too many attempts, try again later" and it's been a whole day.

i cant send any pictures since the app keeps crashing even if i restart phone and delete the app

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Comet app issues:

Force Stop the Comet App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Comet app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Comet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Comet App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Comet app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Comet.

Fix Comet unable to contact server/ Comet internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Comet » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Comet » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Comet on android.
