I want my money back

I tried to cancel and they still tried to charge me. I had to move money from my checking to my savings to make sure I didn’t get charged because I really needed the 4299 I sent emails nothing was done. Nothing was sent back to me not a word that the app is cool but after this, I don’t care if I ever use it ever again I will never recommend it to anybody has their customer service is the worst they flat out. Ignore you

Yeah it may seem cool at first to be able to make “cool looking videos” but unfortunately that selected animated videos do not load correctly. Also when you try to play the video or stop it you can’t even click play or pause to see what you’ve created. No matter how many time you try to creat a new project the app just craps itself and just doesn’t want to work after that.
Hard to use, stupid subscription rate, not worth the $40 a year

I make a lot of quick music video intros for work. Thought this would be a time saver. It’s not. Bad navigation, the least intuitive designs and over priced subscription based price made it unusable. For $2 this would be amazing. For $10 I’d be happy. But for $5 a month or whatever it costs it’s just a scam.
