Even worse now - greedy company

New subscription service rolled out and basically you won’t be able to get daily diary or the AI pet recognition videos anymore. The whole reason I bought the product was for the daily cat diary and the cute videos of my cats while I was out working but now without the subscription this machine is downgraded to just a feeder with a laser pointer that doesn’t always reliably feed my cats and the app is working on and off.

Bought the cat feeder a two years ago and has been fine but just recently a lot of features were disabled and they want a yearly fee to restore them. There are several brands I would recommend before getting this brand of feeder!
Go back to old version of app

The update to the app is terrible. Takes forever to update status screen. Always shows status as “in use” even when it’s not. Not reliable or timely information. The old app worked great, this version is useless. I really like the idea of an app, especially when I’m out of town or away for most of the day. This version of the app is so bad that I don’t even bother opening it anymore.
