DetroitWingCo worked fine when first installed. Now it won’t open. My sister had the same problem on her phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. It’s been going on about two months. No updates found to fix this problem. Useless.

Just downloaded and DetroitWingCo keeps crashing. Redownloaded twice and the same result.

App crashes immediately when you try to open it

Apparently DetroitWingCo has been completely unusable for 2.5 months but hasn't been fixed. Just crashes upon opening....

Customer service absolutely horrible on hold for over 30 minutes, no one ever picked up

I haven’t been able to order through DetroitWingCo for months. I have to call to order which defeats the purpose of DetroitWingCo

I logged into into DetroitWingCo and listed my previous orders. I opened my most recent order and reviewed the items that were shown in it, and it was correct. Under actions when I clicked order this again, the only thing that showed up in the new order was the last item on my previous order, instead of all of the items. Strike one.

After I manually added the missing items to the new order and went to the checkout to the checkout page, it wouldn’t let me pay with Apple Pay. The only option was to add a new card to be put on file. I don’t want my card on file with any more people than absolutely necessary for security reasons. Make it work with Apple Pay. Strike two.

I love DetroitWingCo, but for the past two months, I haven’t been able to use DetroitWingCo . I open it and instantly it crashes. Would love for this to be fixed

Seems like DetroitWingCo will be ok but needs:
- hours for the locations
- access to menu without having to select a location first. If the location isn’t open yet for the day you can’t get to the menu at all.

I love Detroit Wing Company but I had always paid online with Apple Pay but now that you have your new app there is no option to use Apple Pay online. Would love to see this get added. Thanks! 😊

Update: Birthday is required when editing my account but there’s no way to add it. So basically I can’t edit my account. DetroitWingCo really needs an update. ☹️

I love this place and my hometown location. However there is one suggestion I want to add to improve user experience. DetroitWingCo needs some work. If I want to place an order online and pay cash when I get there it's a problem.

Please make this upgrade.

Food is always good here and the people are so nice! I tell all my out of town people at work to try DWC!

I’ve known about DWC since before they opened a storefront in my city and they NEVER DISAPPOINT. Everything I order is delicious and every-time I order there’s zero call backs.
