DO NOT BUY Broken app and terrible customer support

Cannot connect to network due to broken app feature. Mower cannot function without it. Customer support will not respond to emails and has been over 4 weeks. Scam
My lawnmower just spammed me

My lawnmower just spammed me with a contest offer. It’s dystopian. Do not buy this brand.
Limited square meters breaks it

The fact that you can’t add multiple small sections to the map a frustrating. And if you do map an entire area then it tells you it’s too big you have to delete the whole thing and start over. Because when you try to edit it the app tells you to save first. But you can’t save because it’s too big. So don’t accidentally make your map too big or you’ll have to start from the beginning. Also the limit should be zone based and not total of all zones. That would make so much more sense. It’s a 1/8 yard mower well ok. Then let me mow two 1/8th size lawns and connect them with path. I’ll mow one one day and the other the next? I feel it’s an artificial limit created to force an upgrade and it’s frustrating. Besides all of that it really does work amazing.
