Some watch faces just won’t add to the iWatch app to be available for the iWatch. Specially the ones that remind user to turn off “Always On” display. And I have done that. But won’t add it.

How to fix Watch Faces app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Watch Faces app on iPhone
Update Watch Faces app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Watch Faces iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Watch Faces on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Watch Faces network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Watch Faces Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Watch Faces not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Watch Faces App
1. On android, goto Settings » Watch Faces » click [Force Stop]

Update Watch Faces to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Watch Faces App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Watch Faces » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Watch Faces.

Fix Watch Faces unable to contact server/ Watch Faces internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Watch Faces » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Watch Faces » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Watch Faces
