I accidentally ordered this. Didn’t want to pay for an app. Decided to try to figure it out and I can’t. Not sure how you actually install it on my watch. Can I get my money back

Admittedly I should’ve researched this app more thoroughly, but here I am, having already paid the fee, and have had no success so far in being able to use any of the faces. I follow the steps, tap “add this watch face”, tap on the watch icon, then nada. I have selected my accurate watch version, which is series 7. My watchOS is up-to-date. I’d love for someone to either help me successfully use this app please or refund my money, as I have not been able to use anything as advertised. I downloaded this app today, Dec 13th, and it looks like the last app version update was 2 days ago. I don’t know if any others are in the works, but if I end up being able to successfully use this app, I’ll happily change my rating and update my review.

I saw a great ad for this on TikTok. I purchased & downloaded this super excited to use this for the holiday countdown watch face. Reads that it works with all Apple Watches. After paying your given a choice of which Apple Watch you’re currently using. I chose mine from the list shown. I was happy to see so many faces I could use for this $9.99 one time purchase. Every single face I tried, every single one, either said it “wasn’t compatible” with my Apple Watch or when it did allow me to download it there was no picture. Waste of time waste of money. I will not buy anything recommended on TikTok again. I suggest using your $10 on something you can actually use. If by some Christmas miracle that starts working, I’ll let you know.

A few of them that are more like photos work on my watch. I could have done that for free. I love some of these faces but they come over as totally black on my watch face. I’ve got all the settings correct. Tried some troubleshooting and nothing. Waste of money because I purchased the full subscription thinking there would be so many to choose from. I emailed the company multiple times to find out why these aren’t working for me and I never heard back. If they would have taken the time to help me troubleshoot then I wouldn’t have given 1 star but I feel like I purchased something that doesn’t work or isn’t compatible with my watch.
