While in the app scrolling or selecting anything is either crippling slow or just doesn't register at all. I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling/reinstalling. My phone is a Samsung galaxy 10.

How to fix Sculpt You app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sculpt You app on iPhone
Update Sculpt You app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sculpt You iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sculpt You on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sculpt You network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sculpt You Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sculpt You not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sculpt You App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sculpt You » click [Force Stop]

Update Sculpt You to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sculpt You App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sculpt You » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sculpt You.

Fix Sculpt You unable to contact server/ Sculpt You internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sculpt You » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sculpt You » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
