I’ve never in my life been so inundated with scammers as I’ve been on this app. Literally every woman I’ve spoken to pushes me to move to WhatsApp or telegram and within a day or two of telling me how handsome I am and how much they want to be with me, they either hit me with some crypto scam or straight up ask me for money. It’s always “can you send me money for food?” Or “can you send me money for my moms surgery?” Or some variation of that. I hit so sick and tired of it, I tried to cancel my membership. The app says you can easily cancel at anytime by going into the billing option in the settings. Yeah that link doesn’t actually take you anywhere. I tried contacting them, could t get an email or a website or phone or any info at all. I reported my credit card as lost so I could get a new one with a new number so this terrible app couldn’t continue to charge my card. Don’t waste your time with this. It’s awful.

My experience with this app has been a nightmare. Started out ok, connected with some nice women. So I went to the Philippines to see if I would like to live there. Right after arrival the app went down for maintenance for two days. After it came back online I couldn’t login and every time I tried to reset password I never received the email link. Contacted customer service and went back and forth many times, they sent email links I never received. They suggested I change from Apple email. Really? That’s the best suggestion? I paid for the app with Apple and used their email for 30 years with no problems. Oh and I still receive their marketing emails to my Apple email. What a waste of money and so frustrating. There are women who think I’m a terrible person for ghosting them. And now they don’t respond and no one answers the phone either…how can they run a company like this?!

I met a girl on here, she was wild and psycho. We moved our chat to watsapp and she sent me a voice message she wanted to kill me and also in txt. I reported this to cupid media and sent picture evidence and they said i should report this to watsapp. Ok thats fine, but our original meet was on filipino cupid and she is still actively logging in potentially threatening others. Few months later she is still active on that site. So if i have her txt my phone directly do you expect me to report her to apple? Or Verizon? Poor judgement by staff and safety is not a concern to these people

Also, i stated i was a crypto millionaire on my profile so i can increase my chances of having more dates, they forced edited that and took the whole description down. But im allowed to post my income as a millionaire but not state that in the description? 😂 these guys are clowns and a joke
