This app never works. This is the third time I downloaded it the first time I deleted it because I thought something was wrong. Second time I had it on my phone for a while didn’t work. The brand seems nice The app is terrible

Literally this app never loads, huge disappointment

Couldn’t pass Sign up
Tried many times to sign up. It kept telling me I had “Invalid credentials,” even though all my information was put in correctly. Wish I could get it to work. It seems like this a problem for a lot of poorly made designer brand apps. For now, disappointing.
