Hello, I sent a parcel via yodel 31.8.25 , label was printed in local store. Item was a sale on vinted. The parcel was incorrectly labelled in the store, and after numerous emails, yodel have told me it was delivered to office holdings Ltd moorfield industrial estate kilmarnock. I have rang their number numerous times no answer, I have also left a message with my contact number to arrange for my parcel to be returned.
