How to fix Cloaked app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cloaked app on iPhone
Update Cloaked app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cloaked iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cloaked on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cloaked network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cloaked Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cloaked not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cloaked App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cloaked » click [Force Stop]

Update Cloaked to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cloaked App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cloaked » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cloaked.

Fix Cloaked unable to contact server/ Cloaked internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cloaked » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cloaked » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
