Hi, I can't get to sign up into an acct. you took my money from my bank acct. and now there is no way to sign in or sign up. I need your help

I have tried multiple ways to cancel my monthly subscription and still can’t figure out how to do it. They make it unnecessarily complicated. When you click on manage subscription, they make you sign back into the website with a different email that they provide and it’s apparently supposed to bring up another page. I have no idea what step comes after that because the page never comes up and none of their links regarding your subscription will work in the app or on the website via mobile.
The service wasn’t able to accomplish what I had initially expected. I paid for the service to manage the amount of spam I receive in my email inbox. However, I get the same amount of spam and it’s been over a month since I created the account.

I loved this app, but for weeks now I’ve had to contact support because I can’t log in. If I didn’t keep my 1Password account, I feel like I’d be absolutely screwed. Every time I contact them I’m told that the team is going to look into it and if it doesn’t work in 24 hours to message again. So I’ve just been doing that over and over. Meanwhile I’m getting charged and they don’t want to refund me until they fix the error. Like…is this a scam? Now they want me to have a zoom call with an engineer. I work in software and I’ve never heard of such a thing. I wouldn’t trust this company with your data.

I liked the idea of this app and was planning on moving away from password mangers to this service. I’m a paid member. I hadn’t logged in for a while so when I did come back, I couldn’t log in. Cloaked lost my account! They could charge me for the service, but couldn’t find the account. Support reset it, but then I couldn’t read anything in it because the reset was different than the original account. Customer service was pathetic and wouldn’t do anything about the account mess. Canceled my service. This is how they treat paying customers, you don’t want to be one.
