1 year agoI signed up for a free trial of the app called Life Care about one week ago. I am not happy with the service it provides and want to cancel it. The contract and policy statement only provides an email meant to provide Only feedback on how it operates,removal of personal data and reactions to the app. I want to cancel the subscription so they don’t charge me monthly. They provide no direct contact method to cancel. Stay away!

1 year agoSo I downloaded your app through a game website and there was no information about being charged for this account I thought it was free and then all of a sudden I see all these charges on a credit card that I never put in so somebody needs to refund all of my money today if you would like to call and chat about this in person my phone number is 804-477-2350 please take care of this before I get a lawyer

Misleading about product
I saw this app whole playing Branium solitaire, and the depiction showed it talking blood pressure, pulse and EKG functions. There is no trial period, and when reading the description of the product on the App Store, it is apparent That the only real function is taking your pulse. The rest of the featured items had. Irving to do with health. Example is what you would Like If you wanted to see yourself Transitioned to the opposite sex; and only went downhill from there. Where did all these five star reviews come from? Also, note the three to four word reviews that seem to repeat with different users. Something is very shady here.

You cannot use it unless you buy a plan.
Would have been great to know that before I downloaded it. It makes you agree to a plan for $4.99 a week before you use it for “free” for three days. I deleted it. It should clearly alert you to this in advance. In-app purchases is not “must agree to pay $20 a month. This app would not be work $240 a year. Are you kidding me?

Never got to try the app. This app looked very appealing in the ad I saw and wanted to try however there was no mention that it would cost $4.99 a week after 3 days and you can’t do anything until you subscribe Should be told that before you download it. Deleting now. Waste of time
