Almost all discord servers on this app have fake reviews and this app themselves manually approve reviews and only allow 5 star reviews to be posted. All negative reviews will never be seen

There’s a reason a lot of these reviews are negative Whop lacks a lot of things and operates extremely slow sometimes getting notifications and not actually seeing a message. This has hindered my ability to do certain things and for that reason I agree with the mass. Whop is terrible.

I subscribed to someone and the experience has been terrible. The notifications don’t always come through. Different sections don’t update properly. I had to redownload Whop because it basically froze up and stop working altogether. And it’s even worse on my Mac computer. If you are thinking about using Whop for your followers… don’t! And those 5 star reviews I see just seem like Whop developers wrote it themselves. Just saying don’t waste your time find something better

I was guided(lured)into investing in the program(scam) for one whole dollar & led to believe that it was going to help me make so much money that I would no longer have to worry about my current situation which I told the individual named Joshua. I shared my personal life & very sensitive stuff with this person. I had a burst 💥 and serotonin thinking that I had just found the silver lining in my own nightmares. I never heard from him again & although I had an account with this app I was NEVER guided through the program. Months later I reached out to customer support & they also didn’t respond with any care or concern whatsoever? I got the “Sorry about your bad luck” impression. So don’t do it!! Worst experience ever! Negative Stars

They will still charge you even if you canceled before your next billing date. After a free trial I decided to not proceed with a membership and they refused to refund me and left it up to the group that charged me what kind of customer service is this. What a joke stay off Whop avert the headaches.

I tried to find the contact us page on your site and could not, so I will write a review. Sometimes when watching the video stops and then forces me to start over. Please look into that as it is happening more than I would like.

After using once Whop just has a black pattern background when I open it even when I reinstall it

I have 2 subscriptions in this app. I followed an instructor link on mobile from Discord to the course and it wiped out everything as if Whop crashed. No idea how to recover it.

Previous app was much better. I know there were some 404 errors occasionally but it was better than being overwhelmed by the bright white. This new update is terrible for that. You need a dark mode ASAP please. If I didn’t need to watch videos on mobile I’d never use Whop because of this.

Just to keep it short, the recent UI upgrade made things worse by removing features. Before the upgrade dark mode didn’t really work right, but now they removed it altogether instead if fixing it.

But I think the biggest thing that was removed was membership management for the services. Before the upgrade I was able to go into the section for whichever service and be able to cancel or completely delete a membership, also be able to renew if I wanted. Now that option is completely missing and I cannot manage memberships for any of the services.

Notifications don’t work, navigation don’t work nothing is working it’s useless I get notification of new subscribers then when I tap it Whop just opens to notifications in the this app app and just loads never opens

I have to use the website to manage my subscriptions. Defeats the entire purpose of me getting Whop . I can look around Whop all I want to just can’t click or manage anything IN Whop . Useless to me.

Not sure what was fixed in the last update BUT now users get logged out the application and can’t remove notifications.

Whop is okay. It’s just that the latest update removed dark mode. Hopefully it comes back soon. :)

I genuinely love good customer support, and if you do too, they’ll help you out just fine. I was helped by Ayyan, a very nice person who quickly resolved my problem. I also enjoyed Whop and all the things I can do with it, from owning to even joining other servers. I love it and can’t get enough of it!

Mason was phenomenal! He stuck with me until the end. He helped me get my review expedited and adjusted as needed and also helped me figure out a better place to put my terms and conditions so people would need to "agree" before continuing and got my page approved for the marketplace. :)

I hopped on to monitor my own this app as well as to follow some cappers but found a bunch of cool spaces/people beyond that as well

Support was incredibly quick! I was connected to a real person in under a minute, which was refreshing. They helped clarify my membership issue and guided me through the next steps. Plus, I had no trouble accessing my memberships or Discord through their platform and app.

I signed up through a third party content creator and I have not had no issues at all, they make updates when needed and will definitely recommend.

The customer service from this app is great. Whop is great. I had a problem with a purchase and Chris helped me out. My only critique is that I wish they put more pressure on a seller if there’s a problem with a purchase. I feel like waiting a week is too long.

Whop is great. I got it to gain access to a content creators subscription which went well, however, I accidentally got charged twice when getting into the membership waitlist because I had joined through a third party app link (instagram) and it basically created two separate accounts. To make this short I got charged twice for a subscription accidentally and this app's customer service was amazing, they answered my email within less than a day and refunded me for the second purchase immediately. (Still have my first account). 10/10.

From the very first version of Whop there has been insane improvements. It used to be nearly unusable, but now I can connect with my favorite creators all in one place with ease.

The latest update has made Whop much smoother and faster! Navigation is seamless with no lag or crashes. Tasks now happen almost instantly, significantly enhancing the user experience. Highly recommend updating!
