How to fix Mommy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mommy app on iPhone
Update Mommy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mommy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mommy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mommy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mommy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mommy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mommy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mommy » click [Force Stop]

Update Mommy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mommy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mommy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mommy.

Fix Mommy unable to contact server/ Mommy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mommy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mommy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
