They’re so provocative as knowing what they do on their app and avoid treating matters to what customers are complaining about. They do scam or rip off customers. I HAVE had a terrible experience with them, being it my first time trading with Traydah . I have proves to my claim and to avoid being a victim as I am, just avoid Traydah .

Please Apple needs to delete this this app app from Traydah store, they are scam.
They just tried to rip my $200 card just now, i just managed to make troubles with them… after more than one hour of disturbing them, they reluctantly released my money because i let them know that i have contacted apple and i have their records on how they stole my card.
Am glad I finally got my money but I understand everything that transpired because am not dumb. Trade with this app at your own risk.

I would advise no one ever tries to use Traydah ever. Because you guys are scammers that still people money from their cards and tell them it’s already redeem. I have tried to trade cards with you guys several time are you guys are always telling my card is already been redeem what nonsense is that.

They are pure scammers they ripped people off of their hard earned money and they would act like they did nothing. This is happening since last night I trade with you now this morning you are telling me it being used by who how can trade a used card all I need is you to refund my money back this can't continue going and you said Traydah is faster very very slow it takes more than couples of hours to load an apple card which is not even hard at all but due to the fraudulent you people are into it will takes longer to load a card i need my money back

Y’all rip me off a total amount of $400 worth of Apple Card and then block me on your IG page. I upload the card on your platform few min after it was purchased.. you guys put me on hold for 3hrs plus and then tell me the card has been used… have got proofs and everything to back up this transaction, but y’all with reply dm nor pick calls!!!! Worst apps have ever came cross with zero customer service… God will punish you all

I'm extremely disappointed and warning others after being scammed not once, but twice by this gift card trading app. The issues stem from their inconsistent and unfairly applied exchange rates.

**Scam 1:**
- Initially, Traydah quoted an exchange rate of **1360/$**.
- Upon a supposed rate drop to **1345/$**, I agreed to proceed with the transaction.
- However, instead of crediting me based on the agreed-upon **1345/$** for a **$1000** transaction, which should have been **1,345,000**, they deceitfully sent **1,275,000**.

**Scam 2:**
- For another transaction of **$2000** at the same "current" rate of **1345/$**, the expected payout was **2,690,000**.
- Shockingly, they sent **2,550,000**, again shortchanging me.

**Key Concerns:**
- **Rate Honesty:** Rates are not honored as displayed or agreed upon.
- **Transparency:** Lack of clear communication regarding rate changes and their application.
- **Trust:** Severely compromised due to intentional underpayment.

**Advice to Potential Users:** Double-check all transactions, and be cautious of rate fluctuations that might not work in your favor. Unfortunately, my experience suggests Traydah prioritizes scamming users over providing a fair service.

Never trade with Traydah, imagine I traded my card that was purchased and haven’t been used or given to someone else and I gave it to them to trade it and the told me it has already been used and it was used by them because the are the First people I traded my $400 card with, the same thing happened to me on my $500 card i traded It and it was pending and the logged me out and I couldn’t login again till I strived hard and logged in and withdraw, well I wouldn’t recommend anyone to trade with this application because one day the will definitely scam you. 😭😭💔💔 I’m gonna delete the application right now

Please can apple do something on removing Traydah from Traydah Store? Traydah is fraud they just stole my $200 google card and almost did same to my $500 Amex I have to put up a fight with the customer service before they agreed to process the Amex, just imagine I’ve been begging for my own money. I traded $200 google and $500 Amex both cards were purchased same time, the Amex went through because I didn’t agreed with them up till now I’m still begging for them to pay me for my google, at first it showed invalid i tried again it showed bad, every time I try it brings out different response, customer care services said the card is bad with no explanation. This people are thief’s They are not precise and trustworthy. They play games with people hard work, may God almighty consume you with the fire of the Holy Ghost may you people never find peace, you people won’t progress and you will fall in Jesus name amen.
