This is happening since last night I trade with you now this morning you are telling me it being used by who how can trade a used card all I need is you to refund my money back this can't continue going and you said the app is faster very very slow it takes more than couples of hours to load an apple card which is not even hard at all but due to the fraudulent you people are into it will takes longer to load a card i need my money back
Now I text you people on WhatsApp no reply no feedback all you do is to take away people's swet and you think you can just eat like that I swear your company will not prosper again everyone of you will collapse Isha Allah

I'm extremely disappointed and warning others after being scammed not once, but twice by this gift card trading app. The issues stem from their inconsistent and unfairly applied exchange rates.

**Scam 1:**
- Initially, the app quoted an exchange rate of **1360/$**.
- Upon a supposed rate drop to **1345/$**, I agreed to proceed with the transaction.
- However, instead of crediting me based on the agreed-upon **1345/$** for a **$1000** transaction, which should have been **1,345,000**, they deceitfully sent **1,275,000**.

**Scam 2:**
- For another transaction of **$2000** at the same "current" rate of **1345/$**, the expected payout was **2,690,000**.
- Shockingly, they sent **2,550,000**, again shortchanging me.

**Key Concerns:**
- **Rate Honesty:** Rates are not honored as displayed or agreed upon.
- **Transparency:** Lack of clear communication regarding rate changes and their application.
- **Trust:** Severely compromised due to intentional underpayment.

**Advice to Potential Users:** Double-check all transactions, and be cautious of rate fluctuations that might not work in your favor. Unfortunately, my experience suggests this app prioritizes scamming users over providing a fair service.

Never trade with this app, imagine I traded my card that was purchased and haven’t been used or given to someone else and I gave it to them to trade it and the told me it has already been used and it was used by them because the are the First people I traded my $400 card with, the same thing happened to me on my $500 card i traded It and it was pending and the logged me out and I couldn’t login again till I strived hard and logged in and withdraw, well I wouldn’t recommend anyone to trade with this application because one day the will definitely scam you. 😭😭💔💔 I’m gonna delete the application right now
