When i press the app sometimes it exists itself and sometimes i can play but then a few minutes it exits itself again lls fix this bug

A few days ago I had around 60k coins but just today when I opened jentle garden to collect flowers, I saw that I only have 2k, this is really stressing because I had also lost my levels and it took me around 2 days to reach back at level 25, I'm quite disappointed that I have lost so much money, I'd appreciate if this gets fixed, thanks....
Game is frozen - can’t see my flowers nor will it allow me to plant new ones but I can see and click on everything else. Tried logging out and logging back in, restarted phone, deleted and RE downloading app - none have fixed issue.
my coins are increasing but the rank board isnt updating
During the tutorial, when I "touch the field to plant a seed," the app quits. Every time. I have tried to uninstall the app, restart my phone, update my phone, wait a week. But the same thing happens every time :(

Whenever I press 'ok' whenever it says there is a problem with the server and to restart app, it won't do anything, even after deleting and re-downloading the app still has the same issues....
Please now I even send gentle monster costumer support an e-mail it's always just server problems
