I have sent 10 emails Picma support, explaining that I can not access my Picma app on my desktop, I have been using it for about 9 months and all of a sudden 45 days ago I could not log in and it will not let me change my password or recognize my email address gil.zuniga@redacted. I still have over one month left on my subscription. I don't know what is going on with this app but I should get an extension for this inconvenience. Please advise ASAP Thank you, Gil Zuniga
Picma photos ae not saving to the gallery on my Samsung s20 ultra android phone. Can you help please?
Hello. I have been trying for hours to get in touch with PicMa-Al Photo Enhancer. It has been impossible. As of today, I cannot colorize images. (Enhancement works fine.) Whenever I try to colorize the message “An error has occurred. Try again.” Happens with every image. I see there is a new update but I cannot access it. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. Did no good. Without being able to colorize, PicMa-Al Photo Enhancer is useless to me. I was going to resubscribe for a year but obviously I will not unless this glitch can be corrected. Thanks for your time.

This app used to be the best for enhancing old digital photos. But, ever since the most recent update, it no longer gives you the option to save a close-up of each of the faces. Why?!
I was devastated when I found this out; it was amazing to see the full power & potential of this amazing app as it would enhance the most pixelated faces into crystal clear 512x512 photorealistic portraits! (And, sadly, I cannot revert back to the previous version, being an iOS app.)
I am praying that they will realize their mistake soon and bring this feature back asap! If they bring it back, this app would reclaim its spot as the most impressive face enhancement tool out there!!
Disappointed

I was so excited, because I’m currently sorting through thousands of family photos. I tested one. It “fixed” half of a face. It left the other half pixelated. I was so excited, and now disappointed. Oh well.
Also, they asked me to upgrade to Pro, after they had me pay to use it at all. A scam if I’ve ever seen one.
Don’t do it.

It says you can try it for free after watching a short ad, but it just takes me to the page to buy a subscription. I’m not going to pay $5 for a week just to see how well it works. Very disappointing.
