1 month agoI have sent 10 emails Picma support, explaining that I can not access my Picma app on my desktop, I have been using it for about 9 months and all of a sudden 45 days ago I could not log in and it will not let me change my password or recognize my email address gil.zuniga@redacted. I still have over one month left on my subscription. I don't know what is going on with this app but I should get an extension for this inconvenience. Please advise ASAP Thank you, Gil Zuniga

11 months agoHello. I have been trying for hours to get in touch with PicMa-Al Photo Enhancer. It has been impossible. As of today, I cannot colorize images. (Enhancement works fine.) Whenever I try to colorize the message “An error has occurred. Try again.” Happens with every image. I see there is a new update but I cannot access it. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. Did no good. Without being able to colorize, PicMa-Al Photo Enhancer is useless to me. I was going to resubscribe for a year but obviously I will not unless this glitch can be corrected. Thanks for your time.

This is mediocre at best
I have a collection of late 1800 and early 1900's family photos. Many have faded over the years . I applied the prolevel enhancements and the results were awful. Dark lines in inappropriate places. As for the cartoon and other kitschy effects the were sloppy and unappealing. The colorization is passable. Overall it is pretty lame and certainly not as advertized.

App doesn’t work well
I ordered this app now I seriously regret it. I have tons of photos set aside for my mom’s funeral. I got this app to fix old photos. Using this app, I didn’t get any improvement whatsoever on any of these photos. I wish I could get a refund. I only tried the app for ten minutes. 0/10 I do not recommend.

I really wanted this app, however, the app itself was not usable after subscribing to the service, twice. I have an iPhone 14 with the latest iOS version, and despite this, the app was non-responsive. Clicking on the various features resulted in a hung up app. It was very frustrating.
