I love Soma and their products, but SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie is sooo frustrating. I’m relatively tech savvy, and use other shopping apps constantly, but this one consistently won’t load my account information. For months, it’s given me a “failed to load data, check your internet connection” notice, but my connection is fine and all other apps are working seamlessly. I have it set to automatically update SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie , so an out of date app shouldn’t be the issue. Every single time, I end up switching to the website to actually place an order. The search functions are also strangely unspecific. Why is it I can go into, for example, “Cool Nights”, but then only search by size and inseam? What??? Why not category, like bottoms, camis, tops, etc.? It’s like whoever designed SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie didn’t bother to think about how people actually shop for clothes. It’s annoying when I want to shop quickly for lounge pants, and have to sort through everything, or put it in the search bar and hope it sorts thoroughly. Soma, you have a great product, but your tech needs work!

I love Soma products but I have been so disappointed with their customer service. Recently I placed an order with which I had terrible luck with. It wasn’t allowing me to log into my account or place an order. When I finally did get the order placed after attempting multiple times on my app and my computer, I was charged twice. When I talked to a representative at Soma about it, she essentially told me to take it up with my bank even though they were the ones who had charged me. I finally got that sorted out but my order still has not arrived when it said it would be here yesterday. The order also appears to have shipped in two separate parts. After all of this, I can’t even log in to my account to track my order or anything. I have tried logging in both on the internet and on my app with no luck. All of this to say I am very frustrated and disappointed.

I have never tried this company before but I saw on Facebook a deal of 10 for $40 on panties. So I decided to give it a try but as I was completing my order the website informed me that some of the stuff was out of stock nevertheless I still wanted to try out there underwear deal so I went back and check on which items were out of stock. Sadly the way they have the website I wasn’t able to know which items were out of stock. Now the next day I went back to try and get that same deal but now they have it for 5 for $39.

I love Soma – their products are amazing, and I’ve been purchasing my bras here for years. I’ve gone up in size quite a bit, and there aren’t many options for a 32G. That said, SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie is horrendous. Every time I open it, there’s an issue. It either forces me to restart SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie , or when I try to view my profile or access my cart, it shows an error message. I even encountered issues with the website when trying to place an order a week ago. I tried everything – turning off my Wi-Fi, connecting to my hotspot, just to ensure it wasn’t my connection. To make matters worse, SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie somehow deleted my account, even though I still receive promotional emails. I had to create a new account. They really need to fix the issues with SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie. It’s supposed to make shopping easier, not harder.

I wasn’t allowed to use a coupon for allowing the company to have my email because I waited too long to use it. I was disconnected twice on the Soma chat help line. Via phone customer service said for me to just send in another email to get my 20 percent off coupon. With this coupon I read I was also to get free shipping. I did not. This shopping experience could have taken 15 to 20 minutes. It has taken a lot longer and I have a big headache right now. Also, items could be grouped together better for ease of finding your items, colors etc. I like giving high marks but just couldn’t shopping on Soma.

Really needing new undergarments and was excited about their sale. Love Soma. Unfortunately SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie had errors twice and wiped my cart after spending a lot of time picking sizes and colors for 20+ products. Wouldn’t let me check out after all of this because something went out of stock and didn’t tell me what the products were. You can’t filter out products well. Glitches while scrolling. Looks like most people had a better experience so I’m not sure what the problem is. Mostly annoyed that I wasted so much time trying to shop on SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie to not end up getting to order. I’d recommended just using the desktop version to avoid this

It took me over an hour to place an order with SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie because SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie kept crashing and I had great WiFi connection. Also app kept adding multiples of the same item to my bag and when I would delete the extra items would take all of that same item out of my bag. Ended up ordering extra even though I didn’t want to because it was swimsuits and didn’t want to run the risk of them running out. Really wish all the Soma stores would carry swimsuits because trying to order them online and guest on which size is going to work best is hard. Love Soma products but honestly hate there website and app and won’t be using it again.

I do only online shopping and very tech savey. Both the web version and app are far too annoying with pop-ups and non functioning things . I just wanted to order one thing and pay. Trying to get the right discounts was impossible. I had codes and it wouldn’t let me paste. The web version wanted to give me my rewards but since I couldn’t seem to get to point where I could enter a credit card I had to move to SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie . SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie Didn’t offer me my rewards there at all. The searches are not good and don’t come back with the right results for keywords. Love the products but this was painful! Have

I’ve been sitting g here for over 2 hours trying to order 2 (of the same cool nights night shirt) for my mom. Every time I added 2 it added an additional 2, so 4 to my cart. I’d delete 2 of them & it would delete all 4. So I went in and ordered 1 at a time & it added the 1 + 2 more. If I deleted one of them it would delete all 3. So now I am purchasing 3 because there was no way to just get rid of one. I will have to go to the store & waste time & gas (money) to return it !!! This is the stupidest thing & a waste time of time. I just got SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie to get the 10% discount offered & I didn’t even get the 10% for SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie . It says no offers for me & no way to get it. Once I get my order I’m deleting SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie .. I’ll just use google & order there from now on..

I absolutely love soma, I spend so much money there on my nice and comfortable underwear and bras! However, recently I have moved. It wasn’t until this move that I realized that two of my favorite underwear‘s had broken! One was in the wash and ofc I take responsibility for that, but another hadn’t even been washed yet, and it was a brand new maroon colored one! I am so disappointed in the products because I have a few that are almost a year old and have never broken on me. The worst part is, I have worn these underwear and I live somewhere we’re there is no Soma. I am in tears because of this! Recommendation, go back to making your underwear a better way so your not having this happen to your customers!

While I like the retailer and their merchandise, SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie isn’t great. It took FOREVER to link my rewards to it after a few calls to customer service, so not an easy set up experience. And now, notifications are finally showing up (as of November’23, but the notification mark on SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie itself won’t ever go away. I’ve tried deleting messages, clicking on every single icon and tab in SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie . Nothing works. And now (as of January’24) my rewards are unlinked again, but it stills shows me signed into SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie . Help??

I tried placing an order last night but was unable to process it. Tried again this morning with the site saying an item was out of stock but it wasn’t saying which item. Had to call customer service and she explained to take out whatever item said low inventory. That worked but it was a long process to place an order.

Cool nights have products that I discovered when I was very sick with Shingles and now I wonder how I’d live without them - pants, nightshirts, etc. ❤️However, while I love the products and the idea of an app, the Soma one does need some work, especially on the checkout functions. I can generally shop for what I want - filters could provide more functionality - but once I go to check out, that’s when I generally run into issues: issues with discounts, seeing / applying any coupons or promos, inventory that is low (if you’ve put an item into your cart, but it has since sold out, it does not work well at all!). I can provide specific examples, if desired. Please make it easier for loyal customers to buy stuff. 😁

I have a lot of allergies, sensitive skin and fibromyalgia. Any synthetic fabrics make my skin sweat and actually cause me pain. I might even get a rash from them. When I discovered Soma 10 years ago, it really made my life so much easier! Soft, comfortable and breathable fabrics in cute flattering clothes! Their rayon is made from bamboo which is soft and breathable. Other synthetic rayons are made from toxic chemicals and make me sweat and cause shoulder pain - I know crazy right? I’m allergic to synthetic clothes! And hey - just because you can’t feel the pain like I do doesn’t mean those fabrics aren’t bad for you too! ;) I love Soma! Customer for life!

I love Soma! The nightwear and lingerie are soft, comfortable, stylish and of superb quality. The bra’s are the only bras that fit correctly. I’m a 34 DD and these are one of the few company’s offering straps that support and stay in place. I have tried Chantelle, Warners an Natori. They have a much higher price point, but Soma offers the better quality fit, construction and bras that stay in place. I have never been happier than I have been with my Soma bras.

Some was introduced to me by a friend almost 16 years ago in NJ. Since I have introduced my daughter to Soma 8 years ago. We are in Florida and so happy to have Soma so close to us now. We both will not buy any other bras or panties accept Soma garments. We try to catch the sales. Fit is important to both of us and comfort. We are hooked on the Pajamas. In store has been most successful for us. Although we do order online as well. I did have a problem at first but I called and the customer service helped me. I just love the service available.

I love this store, but SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie has loads of glitches.. I tried to buy some stuff to get my discount the last day of the offer.. and I bought it, but after loads of patience. I had to download SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie again because I would not get the images and then at checkout I ordered one to many of one item, and it took forever to remove the one item.. and it became an error.. so I had to delete the item and re-order.. just a pain.. not a user friendly app.. I would have stopped my purchase if I did not like the products as much.. terrible..

I’ve been shopping Soma for at least 10 years. I still have nightgowns from when I first ordered. It’s quality, it lasts forever and it always fits properly. What can more can you ask from my clothing manufacturer? Not to mention the rewards program makes it worth it to keep my panty drawer and bra drawer well stocked. Thanks SOMA!!

If you want to be able to easily find all the sales, this is SOMAIntimatesWomensLingerie ! If you like something that is out of stock in your size you can save it to your favorites so you can easily keep an eye on it. They are good about updating the quantity and often you can swoop in and buy that certain thing you want.

When attempting to check out, I kept getting message that something was out of stock. Exactly which item of 7 was not noted. I started deleting until I was left with 3! The last thing I chose was the one. I could have purchased the first three I deleted. How frustrating!
