I NEED A COPY OF MY INVOICE TO RETURN THING THAT CAME IN WRONG SIZE
Received a bra that does not fit! I need a 40C, as the 42D is too large. Please let me know what I need to do to return! I have tried several times to get into your return issue and it wont let me in. Keeps saying invalid order or this information is not in the system. I love Soma and their products, but the app is sooo frustrating. I’m relatively tech savvy, and use other shopping apps constantly, but this one consistently won’t load my account information. For months, it’s given me a “failed to load data, check your internet connection” notice, but my connection is fine and all other apps are working seamlessly. I have it set to automatically update the app, so an out of date app shouldn’t be the issue. Every single time, I end up switching to the website to actually place an order. The search functions are also strangely unspecific. Why is it I can go into, for example, “Cool Nights”, but then only search by size and inseam? What??? Why not category, like bottoms, camis, tops, etc.? It’s like whoever designed this app didn’t bother to think about how people actually shop for clothes. It’s annoying when I want to shop quickly for lounge pants, and have to sort through everything, or put it in the search bar and hope it sorts thoroughly. Soma, you have a great product, but your tech needs work!

I love Soma products but I have been so disappointed with their customer service. Recently I placed an order with which I had terrible luck with. It wasn’t allowing me to log into my account or place an order. When I finally did get the order placed after attempting multiple times on my app and my computer, I was charged twice. When I talked to a representative at Soma about it, she essentially told me to take it up with my bank even though they were the ones who had charged me. I finally got that sorted out but my order still has not arrived when it said it would be here yesterday. The order also appears to have shipped in two separate parts. After all of this, I can’t even log in to my account to track my order or anything. I have tried logging in both on the internet and on my app with no luck. All of this to say I am very frustrated and disappointed.

I love Soma – their products are amazing, and I’ve been purchasing my bras here for years. I’ve gone up in size quite a bit, and there aren’t many options for a 32G. That said, this app is horrendous. Every time I open it, there’s an issue. It either forces me to restart the app, or when I try to view my profile or access my cart, it shows an error message. I even encountered issues with the website when trying to place an order a week ago. I tried everything – turning off my Wi-Fi, connecting to my hotspot, just to ensure it wasn’t my connection. To make matters worse, the app somehow deleted my account, even though I still receive promotional emails. I had to create a new account. They really need to fix the issues with this app. It’s supposed to make shopping easier, not harder.
