Can’t get past pop up messages upon opening app

I am an avid Women’s Best customer and was excited about a direct app for a new customer experience! However, upon downloading and first opening the app, I had a pop up saying that since I was in iOS14+ that it would have to track some of my activity. There is no option make it go away other than selecting “continue.” After selecting “continue” it goes away, nothing is loaded or showing in the app and the pop up up message appears again. Over and over this process of selecting “continue,” and the reappearance of the message occurs, on repeat. Someone may want to consider fixing this app, as it is completely useless.

I ordered 5 cans of protein powder 4 they expired after I made the return it's been a month and they don't send me the refund yet just say that I send the order number and a photo of the receipt that they sent me I did that and nothing that I get the refund
