This new us food app is so frustrating. Let me explain so when I start selecting items to my cart and I get to about 73 items in my cart. USFoodsMOXē glitches and I go back to nothing in my cart. Searching for 73 items takes a lot of time and when this happens more than once it will frustrate anyone. This happens a lot in your app. I do half my order and submit it to avoid this. Please fix it
It keeps going back to the website and leavibg a blanck screen. Unavailable to use. Tried to delete and download again and doesnt work
The new app is slow, requires constant connectivity (hard when in a walk-in cooler), and has tons of bugs. My inventory use to take 45 minutes now it takes 3.5 hours with two trucks a week you just robbed me of so much time.
Have the new app. Can’t get logged in…. Extremely frustrating because need to pay a bill
As per the title you can guarantee that the function of tracking your truck does not work in the slightest. This causes major issues with cost effectiveness and maintaining stock. It’s been like this since the apps inception and the fact it isn’t fixed is baffling.
Terrible. Cannot return a basic search for spaghetti. A task that should take 10 seconds takes an hour.
USFoodsMOXē worked for like a week, now it won’t open and just freezes up. It’s what I’ve come to expect from anything from this company
App fails to properly load anything on a 14 Pro Max. Just shows welcome page with contact number for support. Have tried uninstalling, rebooting and then reinstalling with no luck.
Seems like a better app except you can’t create an inventory first. Pretty inconvenient
Unreliable frequently crashes especially after updates
The previous app didn’t require constant connectivity. It was nice because I could load the products, go into the walking fridge/freezer and then upload rather than walk in and out 50+ times. Fix this please!
I love USFoodsMOXē , very efficient. Although I would LOVE if they would have made USFoodsMOXē functional on older devices. My work iPad is an old iPad mini 2 and I’m no longer able to use this. I am now writing everything by hand and trying to get it done on my phone.
You guys did all of this work to upgrade USFoodsMOXē and the desktop system but can’t get the truck tracking portion to work? I run my business alone, I need to know when my truck is arriving. Maybe not to the exact minute but a timeframe that isn’t a big lie would be great.
There have been multiple times I have to delete and reinstall USFoodsMOXē to place an order. Frustrating!
This is truly a solid product. Highly recommended!
One important tip: Make sure you update to the latest iOS version. It was just showing a white screen on my iPad, but when I updated the software version everything is now working perfectly.
