The app is trash. And attempts to seek help only generates the same useless AI rote response. Ability to connect or reconnect is entirely random. The app will simply disconnect for no apparent reason, constantly requiring resetting the hearing aids to reconnect. Even then, it may or may not connect. I've been a Phonak user for 25+ years. This feature (app control) is one of the reasons I chose these Phillips hearing aids, only to discover it's entirely unpredictable. Very frustrating and disappointing, and a blot on the Phillips brand.

Recent update apparently deleted all of my wearing time history. Please fix this. New version is somewhat better at initial connection but still randomly loses connection.

Frequent disconnection from app, Journal time sometimes incorrect. Battery time remaining all over the place and right usually does not match the left. Happy with Hearing aids but app leaves a lot to be desired.
