I'm unable to login to my account. Im at AG Rhodes and I was logged out while I'm still at work. I'm about to leave now at 0746. I keep getting a "network error" message. I reset my password and still can not log in

How to fix KARE Communities app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KARE Communities app on iPhone
Update KARE Communities app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KARE Communities iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KARE Communities on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KARE Communities network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KARE Communities Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KARE Communities not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KARE Communities App
1. On android, goto Settings » KARE Communities » click [Force Stop]

Update KARE Communities to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KARE Communities App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KARE Communities » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KARE Communities.

Fix KARE Communities unable to contact server/ KARE Communities internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KARE Communities » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KARE Communities » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KARE Communities
