Terrible app for facilities

I have never reviewed an App, but I think it’s very important that the communities who hire a caregiver from this site be aware of the major defect in the app. We hired a “hero” she showed up an hour late, she was given a company uniform to wear - in less then an hour she told the manager she wanted to put her purse in her car. She abandoned the shift and tossed the uniform in the parking lot. The staff at the facility was welcoming, even though she was an hour late everyone was helpful to her. She left without even telling anyone she was leaving. Then left the facility a bad review. THE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THE APP - the caregiver supposedly gets taken off the app, but the facility can not respond to the negative review. Even as I write this review I know the developers can respond to my negative review. The only person who gets hurt is the paying customer…
