I downloaded it to my computer, and phone. I scan the computer all night. The next morning, I wanted to see the scan report, but it was not ready. I tried to login to the web portal several times and I was denied each time. I contacted tech support on line because there’s no phone number you can call, I waited over 24 hours for a response. I sent a message letting them know I waited over 24 hours for a response. I received an email letting me know that my money will be refunded. That was the only good thing from customer service.

There is no way to change which phone or tablet is being screened. It’s very unfriendly to use and you need some serious help on making this more user friendly! I had contact support 3xs to get a problem explained on my laptop. Very unhappy and I have no idea if anything is running or not!

I asked many months ago to cancel my subscription but they continue to charge me and I can’t delete the files because when I try I get a message saying it can’t be deleted because it is open in another file BIG RIP OFF!!!!

As one poster already said, there’s no to know in its working or not. It slows down computer and disrupts other programs and causes your computer to boot up really slow.
Their support is terrible and as lost as
they come. Stay away from them.

It seems all it can do for iPhone is block content. Does not do virus scan. Prove me wrong. Going to ask for refund.

Downloaded PCMatic from pc Matic, opened PCMatic and all l can do is block content. Is it supposed to scan the phone? Does it look for malwear?

There is no sign up! Nothing

Just switched to iPhone, app is not what a computer or android provided. So disappointed. My yearly renewal expires in May. I’ll use it only for my computer. There is where it’s effective.

There is no way to see what it does or any action it is taking on your phone. Download the VPN at least you can get a better description of what it’s doing for protecting your connection.

This doesn’t work for our iPhones wasted time downloading and then haven’t to delete because email I got from pc matic said doesn’t work for iPhones

What exactly is PCMatic supposed to do ? So far I’m not impressed.

Not sure how PCMatic works untill you let me know I may not renew , do not get any reviews on whether you have scam or not

I think for now PCMatic is really useful to the MSP’s as we are able to get real time alerts from our customers device to the PCM app. Yes, it still need some work but I like it, also the content filtering works well like the PCM desktop version.

Again, this feels geared towards MSP’s so maybe things will change in PCMatic to help consumers get more for their buck…

No Home Screen, no way to interact. Thus far, worthless.
