I was already a fan of Safara because the 10% back is such an awesome perk. this app really went above and beyond when for a recent booking I made a mistake on dates and missed my cancellation window. They helped me ASAP, understood the problem and advocated for me with the hotel and got my reservation moved to the right dates without an additional cost. This level of customer service has made me a loyal customer moving forward. Can’t think of another travel company who has supported in such a meaningful way.

this app is hands down one of the nicest experiences I have had on a travel booking platform. The insider guides have helped me identify the most exquisite hidden gems in some of my favorite cities around the world. Plus, the rewards in credits from past trips has been a game changer. - 10% back…is that a joke? I used it like 3 times and already booked a free night. I always thought redemption/points are gimmicky. This adds up so quick and is REAL

Been using this app on web for the last few months and love the new app. Saves a lot of time when trying to figure out where to stay in a new city. Lowest rate and 10% back on every booking might be the best value out there.

So happy I found Safara and signed up. I have booked stays twice now and found the best hotel options with a really good price. You also get 10% back when you book and there is carbon offsetting with every reservation. Also love the aesthetic and easy to use design.

As someone who just moved away from Austin, TX and is planning a wedding there, my fiancée and I needed a place to stay for finishing touches. So, we’re already familiar with the city and the suggested hotels were top notch. Looking at the guides of Austin, they aren’t the touristy destinations but the real thing! If you want to check out a new city, you can be sure that the guides are spot on!

Safara has a fantastic selection of luxury hotels all over the world with the BEST perks (10% back in credit toward your next booking!!) I love how they label properties with “We Love” & “We Like” - Safara is very user friendly (&&very aesthetically pleasing). I have used this app for bookings a few times in addition to using other apps like booking or hotel brands direct.

Using this app provides such an elevated experience with unexpected human touch and perks. I’ll provide some specific examples:

1. After a recent booking in Paris, I noticed the hotel charged my card for the stay even though I had prepaid using the this app app. I didn’t really have time or patience to reach out to the hotel so I went to this app first. Their concierge team reached out to the hotel only behalf and I was refunded the charge from the hotel 2 days later!

2. Before a recent trip, the team at this app sent me a text containing a $10 credit to Uber for my trip to the airport, how cool is that?!

Safara provides a great experience and I highly recommend for all types of travel but it is especially good for higher end bookings.

My favorite part about Safara is that you can type in any city and filter for hotels that are recommended by Safara ! This helps weed out all the lower star hotels/ bad reviews which helps me when I’m booking last minute travel to a new city. You even get 10% back on all bookings and you can track it all in Safara so you are up to date on how much you can spend on your next trip. I’d recommend Safara to anyone who travels and is looking for a better way to book hotels!
