How to fix Wink app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wink app on iPhone
Update Wink app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wink iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wink on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wink network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wink Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wink not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wink App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wink » click [Force Stop]

Update Wink to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wink App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wink » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wink.

Fix Wink unable to contact server/ Wink internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wink » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wink » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wink
