Not a research tool
It's 3:30 AM and pain is keeping me up. Well OK I'm ready to explore some options. Turns out, this app ONLY works during dispensary business hours. No research is possible and you can't build a cart or place an overnight order. You get this big grey box blocking half the screen that says "All nearby stores are closed. In-app ordering will be available again at 10:00 AM." Store locations: there are none (because they're closed). Also.... The app viewer is geared for phone use (not an Ipad screen size responsiveness, and ONLY vertical) .. like the apps of 10 years ago. Meh, deleting it. I like to do my homework at all hours, and on a screen that is more responsive to the output device. ... Update: the website works and is 100% better than the app.

Cannot enter location or access anything!
Just finally downloaded the app today. I’ve had an actual account with iheartjane for a while now so when I use it on the internet I can actually use it but now I finally decided to download the app and I cannot get my location info in! I can’t access anything in this app so I can’t keep it! So until things are fixed, I guess I’m going to have to remove it. Sigh. Kinda disappointing. I had high hopes but now I’m wishing I never did. Something needs to be fixed. Once it IS, I’d like to try again but until then I guess I have NO CHOICE but to use tie internet to access my account and all the other features that are unavailable on this app.

Good idea and start
Reply to edit: why don’t you work on maintaining products you’ve already sold people, like the giant touch screen menus at Cannabist Lowell AND Boston that don’t show the menu. Leafly and Weedmaps have been at this same game for a couple years now and I see zero improvements here. Not nearly enough participants on the dispensary side either, you don’t have ANY of the top products in Mass whatsoever. No bountiful farms, no harbor house, not even any happy valley. There’s more than a few mid producers between what I listed and what you carry as well. There are better aggregators of menu data AND better delivery services CURRENTLY operating in Mass.
