I have used the online version and removed the background from video but the problem with this app is it also removed the audio and that sucks. It solved one problem but gift you another problem free free free....

How to fix BgRem app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BgRem app on iPhone
Update BgRem app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BgRem iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BgRem on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BgRem network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BgRem Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BgRem not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BgRem App
1. On android, goto Settings » BgRem » click [Force Stop]

Update BgRem to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BgRem App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BgRem » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BgRem.

Fix BgRem unable to contact server/ BgRem internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BgRem » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BgRem » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BgRem
