- The undo function takes away all the edits instead of allowing multiple undos.

- The app could use more precision and a redo button.

- The cutout tool is hit and miss and cannot be zoomed in on a phone-sized device.

- The recent update has a bug that prevents users from completing photo edits when adding personal backgrounds.

I just purchased the app. It won’t let me upload a picture to edit. It keeps saying Ooops something went wrong try again later.

To resolve AI Leap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the AI Leap App
1. On android, goto Settings » AI Leap » click [Force Stop]

Clear AI Leap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AI Leap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AI Leap.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AI Leap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AI Leap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AI Leap
