I Download this app, thinking it will be the next way to purchase new fedoras, keep track of my purchases; as well as possibly bringing back a form of rewards program, like GB used to have back in the day. Unfortunately, this app has been a waste of memory space. The only “drops” I’ve seen, are for these caps that personally I’m not attracted to and feel like GB could do better.
Either way, there is no way to purchase anything other than these hats and the only reason I consider downloading GB app, is only for the fedoras. If GB is not going to make a full app with options to purchase their fedoras then I don’t have use for this app, I could just go to the website, I can care less for these wannabe von dutch hats. I’m sure there are people out there who dig these but not me. Personally, this app should cater to all customers but the way this looks to me, is that it’s pushing one way and that’s towards caps. So I will be deleting this app, thanks but no thanks.

Sorry Goorin, wish I could like your app but it stinks. Sometimes I get notifications, sometimes I don’t. Half the time can’t figure out what I actually hit to get a hat in my cart. What I wouldn’t give for an “add to cart” button that you could find easily and that actually works. Finally was able to get a Friday drop in my cart today (after MANY failed attempts since the app was launched a while back) and it suddenly wanted my credit card info re-entered (never did that before, the info has always been saved), payment kept hanging up and the item disappeared from my cart. That wasted 2 minutes cost me the first drop I would have actually gotten in weeks. This poorly designed app doesn’t seem to be able to handle the sudden onslaught of purchases on a Friday drop. Boo!

Don’t save any data and always buffing. You log out to log back in and it pretty much just keep buffing. The app limiting the app to drops is not a good idea. Its making more customers upset than ever before.
