I was scammed. Someone has hacked my former teacher fb account and disguised message asking for money for medical/emergency. Out of goodness I sent money amounting to 20,800 to the given bank account 13807185956 under Maribank. I want to know the actual name of account holder. To file criminal case.

…specifically provision 4.5.4, which states:
“Push Notifications should not be used for promotions or direct marketing purposes unless customers have explicitly opted in to receive them via consent language displayed in your app’s UI, and you provide a method in your app for a user to opt out from receiving such messages.”
I did not opt in to receive promotional notifications, in fact I explicitly opted out, however just 16 minutes ago I received one with this message: “Scan & Pay any merchant QRPh code to get cashback!”
