This isn’t working well at all. The system is buggy and you might wait longer than it would have taken you to take a normal ferry. My Denis Taksi is already more than half an hour late!

Downloaded for the first time on trip to Istanbul, registration freezes for Terms & Conditions and app shuts down.

I’ve installed İBBDenizTaksi 3 times and can’t create an acct with a USA phone number. Terrible user experience

App doesn’t work, it doesn’t even send msg to foreign numbers and no support!

Nothing works with the new update

Always returns: no sea taxi available

You cannot add a credit card. You get an unexpected error message.
Since you cannot add a card, you cannot pay. Therefore you cannot reserve.
So İBBDenizTaksi is useless useless, until it is fixed. And unfortunately it is the only way to reserve.
Needs to be fixed immediately.

I could never get a verification code to work so couldn’t register! If I put a non +90 country code it reverts to +90. I used a friend’s +90 number and it would never accept the code..??? Always an error message. Boo.

My mobile is ( Kuwait ) and when I try to send a code … it reply ( warning !!! Could not authorized , please try again later )

Turkey is a tourist country and should know how to deal with other countries number and languages

LOVE IT!! what a service, it takes 5 min to arrive, I usually receive pre confirmation text, they are available 24hrs anywhere around Istanbul! Day, Night and National holidays,,Well done to Deniz Taxi Team, Hats off
