TREAT has a lot of room for improvement if you forget your password you can’t get your account back. The care team provided no help! They said they could transfer this or that , but never helped me understand or explain how! TREAT is being set up to fail all for forgetting your password, they also don’t explain very well at all how the game works when you’re trying to win food for a certain shelter/rescue. It has a great mission/goal but very poorly executed, as no way to simply change a password!? So be warned if you forget your password & you have made purchases you’re just out of luck! Do better with the execution of the features of TREAT, because I want all the rescues/shelters, to know you just lost a player that was going to purchase a plan to get the food I won sent to you! You guys need to complain to the developer how they need to make it easier to recover especially if you’re paying they offer no protections !! I hate that because I actually wanted to play to help my friends that run shelters/rescues, as of now you have lost a player & I deleted TREAT

The idea behind TREAT is great but please fix the bugs when you are collecting money from people. I pay for the delivery subscription except I can't get my kibble to hit 960 because it keeps resetting back the next time I log in. I tried looking for definitions on what the food shield is supposed to do and if the food is supposed to keep disappearing, but found no information. I contacted their support team via email and no response either. I didn't have issues with this earlier, but when I hit my 5th delivery the food/delivery started disappearing. I probably won't renew the shipping subscription since I can't seem to collect enough kibbles to send them out anyways.

I was really happy and excited to see a app that I saw an add-on that helps real life dogs that you earn stuff on the game to help give them food and treats, and eventually help them find a forever home because I love animals I love working with animals I want to help animals in anyway I can and this is one of the ways I knew I could but the disappointing part is I download TREAT make an account and get ready to find a dog that want to help and eventually have it find a home all it keeps saying is finding or looking for rescue dogs, and that’s all it does no matter what I click on no matter what I do nothing works just keeps saying looking for rescue dogs, and it won’t let me do nothing it’s messed up on my end and I’m very disappointed to say the least. You are looking to do the same thing as me and might not work on your phone because it definitely don’t work on mine and I have a pretty good phone and I don’t understand how it’s working on some other peoples, but not mine but this issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible I’m no longer interested thanks

I loved the game at first. I played twice-three times a day since December. But after the updates everything started going downhill. They removed the option to throw a ball to land where you want and instead replaced it with dice that forces you to go where it lands. The visual quality started going down. I had over 120 rolls saved but due to the latest change I was left with 25 rolls somehow. That was the last straw for me. And then unless I stay on the game I’m not getting new rolls. I’d log in for a bit, see the timer for an hour is going and when I left and come back it has restarted but I didn’t receive any new roles. It’s terrible, unmotivating, frustrating and nerve wracking. The option for the food to expire constantly had me nervous and now that I couldn’t throw the ball to land on the immunity hearts I just have to constantly play. These updates caused me to lose one of my dogs and honestly I’m just done. I loved the game but after they took all my rolls and made me lose a dog I’m just done with this game

TREAT was great until I guess I played too much and then I couldn’t log in anymore. It kept saying it couldn’t find a connection. I sent multiple messages using the link on the site, never got a response. I tried resetting TREAT and it said my account didn’t exist. Well, I was just charged again so clearly it does, and it’s funny that it found a connection when it logged me into a new account. I want the monthly charge removed because all you’re doing is getting money and no pets are being helped. Did they even get the 40 shipments I stacked in the first week of me playing? Yeah I was playing hard because I thought it was a good cause and then that happened so now I feel like you guys don’t like it when people actually play and get the rewards.
by ScrapCapone
They say you can send the dogs in your area treats and food but will ask you to pay or even though you spent hours playing and earning treats the dog will not receive them. Their adverts are really misleading and I’m sad because I would love to help animals in my area but don’t lie about it being free them asking for money….I actually will just adopt one but thanks
by Djdhifhvfbj
I wrote to the email that says to message if you have questions. I have been charged every month for the past 90 days and every time I fill my bowl it says I don’t have a subscription. The response team stopped emailing me after I showed them proof. Beware, you want to help animals but they take your money instead. I should called the BBB on them.

The idea is awesome, but… I didn’t check TREAT for only 3 days and I lost a dog. It made me sad. :( A better option (PLEASE DEVS READ THIS PART) would be to add a daily incentive instead of a punishment for having a life. Daily rewards, maybe a daily cute video or a free this app for each dog or something. But PLEASE remove the option to lose a dog, or at least make it like a month or something. That makes a lot more sense than 3 days! Other than that, you guys are awesome and the recent updates to graphics have been a nice touch.
EDIT: Seems sketchy!! I looked up the shelter I’m connected to, and while some dogs really are on there, sometimes the names get changed randomly and most importantly, the dog I have been SPONSORING IS GONE!!! No longer on their website for adoption!! Where is my money going, this app devs? She is not labeled “adopted”. I’ve noticed another dog on my this app app that is not at their shelter either. Might be outdated and glitched, but it is sketching me out.

So first, I want to say that I’ve been enjoying TREAT so far. The pay seems reasonable to me, being a dollar a week to send both the food and treats. I usually end up sending just treats, though, since I’m unemployed at the moment. I’ve noticed something strange, though, and now I’m confused as to how I feel. I ended up choosing a white dog to take care of and send treats to. The dog’s name was “QTip. Sometime goes by, and I get a notification saying QTip was “rescued.” I was happy initially, that is, until today I saw the same dog, but this time it was named “Vanellope.” I need an explanation for this right away because now I’m starting to wonder if TREAT is fake.
by Shelbyjay9
I’ve had TREAT for about 4/5 ish months and it’s definitely not what it used to be. Over those months, they’ve been adding and removing things but not really making TREAT better in anyway. For example, initially you used to be able to select what you would send your dog when you reached a certain amount( kibble, meds, or just treats), but about a month ago they changed this. Now when you reach your set goal in food, you can only send treats, no actual meals unless you pay.
Want to help your pets medical issues? gotta pay.
Want to send food? Gotta pay
Busy for a day, despite making sure all your dogs are good? Sorry you’ll lose them, that is unless you wanna pay to get them back. The pets will then stay on screen but with no way to earn back or remove the lost pet.
I want to enjoy TREAT, especially for the wonderful cause but it needs better developing and less cash grabbing tactics.

I got into my account after being logged out when I got a new phone, and it took one of my dogs from me! Also there was a glitch for a few days where the dog’s health bar wouldn’t go down, so I saved my rolls, and then I open the game one day and I lost my dog again! Now I can’t even play because the dog I lost caused the game to glitch to a screen where I HAVE to spend money to get past it (which I’m not going to do). The intention of TREAT is great but ever time I open it I get so mad. Deleting to maintain my sanity. I still recommend downloading as even one this app to a shelter animal is worth it, but I’m not going to play anymore until this is fixed!
by Jazz1142
TREAT makes me a lil bit sad bc knowing that send me these dogs are not going to get adopted, but at the same time you get to give them treats and meals so it a good😁
by Tnexport5
I’m enjoying being able to help shelter dogs, and TREAT is fun, but there is a serious bug that takes back the last number of kibble you earn if you pet your dog after. I have 7 dogs, so I usually pet them until they’re at 80%+, then do a roll or two, then get them to 100% with scritches. For awhile now, the kibble I earned in the roll is erased once I touch the dog again. In the last five minutes I’ve lost 40 from one dog and 30 from another, but I even confirmed with the small amounts (3 kibble for a roll or a pet) that it’s happening every time. I tried to report it via their online form, but it has been broken for several days with an “unexpected problem” and will not submit. There is no other way to contact them from their website, so I’m resorting to this. Please fix the bug so the dogs can get what we earn for them.
by KKeeD!
I think this is for a wonderful cause. I love seeing all of the dogs/puppies and being able to help them in any way that I can. I’ve only had TREAT for about 2 days maybe so I might update my review. But I got all of my dogs to 100% health at 8pm. It’s 3am and they’re at 30%? It’s been seven hours so I’m assuming that if you don’t do something every 10 hours, you’ll lose your dog. I understand that the developers of TREAT have to make money but is that the reason we would have to pay for us to be able to get our dogs back? I just think that the time for us to be able to lose our dogs should be slower or get rid of that in general. Even if someone isn’t super active on TREAT , a little bit still helps these dogs. I wanna be able to sleep 8-10 hours(as a woman, I do sometimes need 10 hours of sleep) without having to worry about me losing my dogs
by Xxooxxooagag
Ok so I loveee TREAT a lot and have recommended to multiple people. Love the concept and simplicity. I think this is amazing.
That being said, there’s a few things I really think should be changed. I think it’s kinda crappy that it’s possible to “lose your dog” and that there’s no way to earn it back except pay more money. I’m already paying the lowest tier subscription so that I can send food and not treats, which is very unusual for me I never pay for apps. So the fact that I’m paying and still can lose a dog is very frustrating. I generally go on TREAT daily and have sent 70 deliveries in a very short span of time, but life comes up and sometimes I don’t get the time for a few days. Seeing that I lose a dog over this is definitely something that is dissuading me from wanting to keep paying.
Second, I’ve noticed issues that sometimes result in me losing rolls. Usually a glitch but right now the 1x 2x 3x button that was added takes away multiple rolls but only actually rolls it once…
by Kristyn..
I love that TREAT allows people to help actually shelter dogs. I love that it shows you which dogs are the least treated. However TREAT needs improvement. It’s glitchy and the rolls don’t always build up like they are supposed to.
The most frustrating part of TREAT is that if you miss a little bit of time (sometimes even just a day) you might lose your dog. The only way around that is to pay even more money. I think that’s a little messed up. I am all for supporting shelter animals but we don’t all have time to play every single day. Can’t we just allow people to support these amazing dogs without guilting grown adults by ‘losing their dogs’ for life getting in the way every once in a while?
If this feature doesn’t change soon, I will likely delete TREAT . It makes me, and probably others, feel bad about being too busy to play a game.
by DoNotGetThisAppItsAScam
Don’t get me wrong. I love the concept of TREAT. I love that I can help shelter animals, but that has been getting increasingly hard. Once you pay for the unlimited delivery subscription, they start to make the goals a lot higher. Originally it was super easy to earn kibbles, but you would have to pay to ship. So I ended up opting into the unlimited shipment program that way the dogs could get the food and not just the treats. Ever since I’ve done that I’ve noticed that my dogs health goes down a lot quicker. I have to engage in a lot more often. I’ve also noticed that the timeframes that you get rolls has gotten longer and longer. It used to be 12 hours for 28 rolls and now it’s 20 hours. This makes it so that I have to be up at odd hours in order to use my rolls and start the clock on the next rolls. I think the gimmick is to get you to buy more rolls. If they truly want to help shelter animals, then I don’t understand why they are making it so difficult just because I bought a subscription.
by Jkurzawski
As much as I love TREAT, and helping shelter dogs. Not checking TREAT for literally 24 hours because I can’t be on my phone 24/7 (that wouldn’t be fair to my dog or my significant other), I lose a dog? Now I get it is a responsibility to own a pet, but not 24 hours in this game. That’s just not fair. And for those of us who help when we can with meals, forcing us to send a meal per day at $11 per week or lose the dog, and then literally not letting us lose the one to make sure the rest of my “pack” doesn’t get lost by looping back to the start screen… not fair. I have 7 rescued dogs, but looks like this glitch means I’m losing all the rest.
by Hiheyhihey0678963
I liked the concept and for a while it was perfect. You could aim the ball where you want to shoot for for specific landing targets so I could try to aim for the higher reward ones. Now I can’t do anything but see where the dice takes me. Takes a lot longer to get anywhere and looses any game aspect for me as it’s all on where TREAT chooses to send me now. Also, I was able to get over 50 food pebbles for games if I was fast enough before the time runs out. Now it maxes at 40 and if I get that before time runs out It ends it anyways. It completely took away any individual participation or game experience
by Girl With Strange Ideas
Feels like every time I try to go throw a ball to earn kibble points TREAT keeps upping the time from when I had last logged in. Except for day one of having downloaded TREAT .
by Foolfreed
I love this game, I work with rescue dogs myself and I love helping the dogs. This game is a great way for the rescues to gain supplies for all their current pups, as well as helping them bring in new dogs. I enjoy playing with each dog on the game and earning food and treats to send to them. I also like that you can bond with the dogs you get, the more bonded you are the more likely they are to get infinite health so you’ll never lose them. The only things that bother me in this game are the dog’s coat colors and health. The game offers a very limited variety of coat colors, most of the dog’s characters look nothing like the dogs. I’ve been playing this game for months, never had an issue with their health until yesterday. I have a routine where I feed them and get their health up to 100 every morning after I get up. Yesterday I fed them like normal but with 2 hours they all dropped down to 5% health and I almost lost all of them. I was at work when I noticed this and had to hope they would last until I got home because again, I work with dogs and don’t have time to sit on my phone all day. This morning went to feed them again as usual and they’re all still at 100 from when I fed them the second time yesterday. There needs to be a more organized way for the dogs to lose health(over a certain number of hours, etc.) because I know I’m not alone when I say I can’t be glued to this game 24/7. I love this game but it’s a game not a lifestyle.

I love TREAT so much. After having to put down our kitten due to a birth defect, and then rescuing two kitties from shelters, I’ve been constantly searching for ways to give back to shelters and the people who work with animals every day who need it the most. I love that I have this as an additional option on top of my volunteering and donating that I do already.
With that being said, I really wish there were more small, locally owned shelters available (they need supplies the most!) as well as different animal shelters available (cat shelters, locally we even have a rabbit shelter, guinea pigs, etc). It’s not only dogs that need help..
I think if there was more effort to get the word out to smaller, locally owned shelters I’d love TREAT even more.
by CheshireTheMadman
I’ve seen another comment already stating this, but they also say it’s been resolved for them… I still have the dice instead of the tennis ball! Not sure if this is supposed to be a toggled feature but it’s no fun when you can’t turn it off. I love playing the silly game to win treats for pups but this makes it plain frustrating. Definitely won’t be watching ads for extra spins till this is fixed. Hopefully will be fixed moving forward and more folks can give to shelter dogs in need!
by Castrowall
Please try it out for yourself as well!! But do they really receive the items? It shows that they’ll be sent and received. I’ve sent 13 care boxes that included food and treats but there’s only one notification of a box actually sent. Is there any way to check the boxes arrived? The costs of die is pretty crazy too, so I watch ads back to back. Close and reopen TREAT if they don’t pop up :) I’m not saying they don’t arrive but maybe make it to where users can see more “arrived” notifications. The shelter videos are cute as well. Sometimes if you send lots of care packages to one shelter, this app will distribute some of those to other shelters who don’t have as much activity. I also wish there were more shelters to choose from so I could choose a shelter in my own area but I do realize there were limited openings. Many of them are east coast or midwest. Overall, it’s a great and fun app that I can actually make an impact through my phone screen for free. TBH I do have the monthly $5/month so I can send any food bags for free along with the treats :)
by Hinatahuyga
It makes a true impact on shelter dogs lives, but not a lot of shelters are in on this. I don’t feel myself wanting to play it a lot because TREAT runs slowly at times. I personally think TREAT also needs a design update. Other than that: I love how you get to pick which dog even tho it’s out of 3, the mini games are really adorable, and while it is kinda hard to get kibble to send treats that was expected because someone has to pay for the treats to be sent. <3
by Ninny305
I love that you can play this & actually get something sent for the pups you have BUT, I don’t get why once they’re rescued, they still keep up a slot? It doesn’t let you pick another dog now that yours was adopted and if all your dogs get adopted, you can’t replace any of them to feed another dog which is kind of annoying. Also, when you land on “getting to know your pup,” I don’t see the point of making me unlock puzzle pieces for the profile picture that the pup already has.
Final note, the first bar to fill was 320 kibbles, the second bar is a little over 600, third bar is a little over 900, and so on…. Is there a max amount that it won’t go over? I don’t like that they’re making it harder to get the pups treats, I get that you have to increase it to a certain extent but it’s getting a bit ridiculous.
by Nicknameee :)
I LOVE the idea, but I don’t understand it fully. It would be really cool if the creators could explain it a little better. Also it’s kinda a bummer you have to pay for their food, the ads was definitely misleading in that. Overall, great app that needs some little things improved
by Gymnast Cassie
I do live TREAT and helping dogs but there is one down fall in my opinion. I didn’t play for 2 days and then I go back on and it said I lost a dog. I hate the fact you lose a dog for when you were off 2 or more days cause of different reasons like mental, physical health, ect..
by Gym Mom 2019
I love the idea and the game I just have some ideas I’d love if you read!!! 1: more stuff to do while you wait - clean up a cage, give the dog a bath, etc (obviously not really but instead of only having the board game style there could be mini games we could pick which one we want to do) or even simple games like a word search or connect three 2: Be able to dress up your pet for fun with a bandana or harness the more you play the more accessories you can unlock 3: see more updates of your pet, like the rescue can upload more if they want to and you get a notification or have like a “news” feed in TREAT 4: Please don’t have lose your dog, multiple people can have the same dog so it’s not necessary and doesn’t help the animals
by KMH2024
I love TREAT and its purpose, and it's actually pretty fun. However, it definitely has a few glitches that need to be worked out - the glitches both make it harder to make the positive impact that is ultimately TREAT 's purpose, and make it less enjoyable. First, "losing" a dog after a certain amount of time is absolutely useless - that helps literally nobody, especially the dog. There's zero information about the timeframe you have before "losing" the dog, and it's wildly inconsistent between different dogs; I played less than 18 hours ago, and played until all my dogs were at 100% health, and yet I "lost" one while the other one still had 98% health. No rhyme or reason to it, which is super frustrating. Second, half the time my package order confirmations are labeled correctly, and half the time they say a different dog's name - I'm glad to help any dog, but just have no idea which dog it's actually going to. This happens no matter which one of my multiple dogs I'm shipping to. Both of these problems are especially frustrating when I've already opted to upgrade and pay a monthly fee to send full meals and treats, instead of just treats. Great idea, just really needs some issues ironed out.
by Hannahbeana2345
It’s an amazing game, but once you hit a certain number of dogs within different shelters, you no longer have the option to get dogs from other shelters/states. Ex: I can only get dogs from Georgia, Washington, Nevada and New York. Even though I have the ability to get another dog, I can’t get one from a different state, there’s no option to do that. May be a bug? There’s hardly any guide on how to navigate TREAT . So, idk.
by Kati3rev0luti0n
I think this is a great idea. I have sent treats to two different dogs now. I wish there was an option to just pay for the shipping per meal rather than a weekly amount. Or even watch X amount of ads to earn a free shipped meal. I’m trying to not have as many subscriptions and even ~$2 a week adds up to be able to ship food. It would be nice to ship per package cost. Likewise I would like to have “upgrades” for healthier food options or even toys and blankets
by 628138
The concept is beyond amazing, but the interface and artstyle are very dissatisfying. It isnt really a fun game to play, per se, but its nice to know you’re helping out. I can see this game going viral if they greatly improve the design. Looking forward to the development and hoping to see more!
by Iluvbellydance
I like TREAT since it helps feed dogs! I would like some more instruction on how to use it, and how long it takes to lose your dog! I purchased one of the plans, which I thought kept my dog’s life Steady at 100%, but this is not the case! Also, I tried using it on my iPad so I could see it better, but it does not work on there properly at all! I can barely see my dog to choose them, and there is no where to login to connect my account from my phone! Since I paid, I will continue to use it on my phone, but I wish they would fix the iPad issues. AND it would be nice to be able to contact them about your account! Not sure how I can even stop payment at this point if I want to.
by Cloie122
I went to website of the foundation I chose and my dog I choose was there too.
by B1z Happy
The reason why i love this game so much is because you can deliver treats to the dogs you get kibble and it helps the dog with the food and helps the shelter and it free!
The only downside is you only have a certain amount of throws you have but the good part is with This is you can watch to adds to get more throws but other that it is really really really fun and very well put together!!
by Jackx3sally01
I LOVE this game. I’ve literally told anyone and everyone about it. I hate that I don’t have enough time or money to help shelter dogs on a regular basis irl- this game changes that. I’ve already sent one of my dogs some treats and food, then got a second dog to help as well. Such a cute idea and in their “about us” they mention that they’d like to add cats in the future as well! We all stare at our phones during the day and we might as well be doing something for the greater good. I think this is the only app review I’ve done, which tells you how much I love it. There’s no costs for regular gameplay, and if you are fortunate enough to give something extra they have an easy way to do that through the game as well. You can also meet and/or adopt your pup if you fall in love. Can’t say enough good things about it!!
by Loveistheonlytruth
Such an easy way for humans to spread a little joy to sweet animals put in shelters by humans.. they don’t have much and al it takes is a couple buttons pressed in this cute game to send a real dog something that will brighten their day a little bit. I love the option to send meals too! Everyone who has a smidgen of free time with or without a few extra bucks in their wallet (it’s optional) should be on TREAT. This concept is just wonderful. Itd be great to see the model take off with the public and implemented at more shelters!
by Lunar Puppy
Well, sometimes it’s a little laggy or glitchy, but I love the message here! If you have time to waste and want to do something productive with it? This is your thing! Go for the puppies if you want to rack up on ‘rescued’ count as they get adopted faster, but I go for the least treated dogs to feel like I’m making a difference. You can choose to send treats as you rack up kibbles (free) or pay a weekly fee to send meals to your dog of choice, I believe the most expensive option was $8 a week? I love that it gives you dogs from local shelters. I hope they also expand to cats/other pets some day!
It’s worth the time from my life I have to spend watching adds for rolls, because I’m feeding shelter pets. I have a puppy and I care for my mom’s elderly dog since she can’t anymore and can hardly care for herself. The fun for me is helping the animals!
by SleepyOtaku86
I love love love TREAT. Could do with more energy without having to watch videos for just two rolls. I agree with some other players, it would be cool to get updates on the animals you’re sending to. And just curious when this leaves beta form? Or if it’ll take discover at some point for payment? I can only send treats because it won’t accept my discover card to send kibble and this game has literally become my whole life. Updates on the doggie info when you reach a blank block would be nice, rereading the same thing over and over gets dull. I love the infinite shields, it’s useful when I’ve got a busy day and haven’t been able to check in. And I look forwards patiently for the cats addition!! My own cat watches over my shoulder when I’m playing this app. All in all this definitely gets five stars, but it definitely needs some upgrades.
by Itsmietime
I just saw that a few people were having trouble with their account and bugs but really it’s not the apps fault. Someone said that they forgot their password and couldn’t recover their account because support didn’t help them. That may have been a problem on their end based your device, and how do you even forget your password, like write it down or something. And someone said that that it was still looking for dogs after a while, that might have been a WiFi issue, and is no reason to give 1 star to such an amazing app. Over all, I think TREAT is great and that is why I’m giving it 5 stars!
by Jdeieidjeneksksiie
To be able to make such a major difference for the shelter dogs is honestly the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. Chewy is amazing for coming out with TREAT. Even the part where they ask you to pay, which truly is just the shipping for chewy to deliver all the food and treats you earn for these dogs for free, is super affordable! 5 dollars and some change of month for unlimited deliveries that month, that is very affordable in order to help these animals. Knowing how much dog food cost knowing that your five dollars for shipping helps feed all these dogs at the shelters is very beautiful. Please share to everyone you know and let’s help get these shelters less crowded and these animals adopted. The resources we are able to provide, we are finally able to make a difference anywhere in the country or in the world. THANK YOU CHEWY!
by ItsAMeSneaky
TREAT is amazing, what’s better than sitting around on your phone (that you are already doing) and helping shelter animals in your state or at least close to you. I think this is still in Beta according to TREAT which means it’s only going to get better. More shelters and more animals are going to be added according to their site. When you download TREAT it’s defaulted to the free version or for less than $6 a month you can pay and have unlimited treats and food sent to your dogs/shelter of your choice (unlimited as in whatever you earn in the game). For less than a large coffee at coffee place you can help real animal with little to no work on your end what so ever. Legit play a game for 10 mins of your day and sent cookies and meals to the dogs/shelters. AMZING IS LEGIT THE ONLY WORD FOR TREAT. GO DOWNLOAD AND HELP OUT SOME ANIMALS NEAR YOU. What are you waiting for?!?! GO!!!!
by LtBonnie
I immediately downloaded this especially when I found out it actually catered towards the animals in the shelter, I love that they show you what pet you’re giving treats to, information about them and the exact delivery of when they receive the treats you’ve given them; my current routine is playing it every night before bed, and later throughout the day.
I reckon the only cons are the small glitches here and there, but they’re not really a burden and easy to look past, there’s also a long wait before you receive more chances to gather treats and rewards unless you buy them, but that’s pretty standard in these type of roll-to-win games, despite that—I’m more than happy to contribute any spending if it means those in the shelter are happy.
I definitely recommend—It’s simple, rewarding and worth it!!
by JuneKelp
Very glitchy & lost one dog i was caring for was rewarded the option to care for two & lost dog i was caring for as well as option to care for two through TREAT 😭😭😭
but aside from that love this whole app overall. Your adopted pets on TREAT , you’re able to earn real rewards for them like snacks & medication needs. They offer free options you can earn through rolling dice/based off where you land on game board set up in TREAT . As well as quest/interaction cues that can help earn rewards outside of the dice rolling.
Then theres also options to pay & buy items for that pet as well so you can get “upgraded” goodies for your pet that your caring for on app.
Very cool way to scroll w/o feeling like i wasted my time on something knowing its going to a good cause🥹🫶✨

I have to be honest, I wasn’t 100% sure if this was a real partnership between the developers and the shelters, but it absolutely is! I downloaded it and it gave me the closest shelter to me, so I went to their Facebook page and my sweet dogs were posted there! I direct messaged the shelter and they told me that this app is 100% legit and all of their dogs have gotten all of the treats and food the players have sponsored! It’s a great way to help for little to no price and in a very fun way! You get fun little facts about dogs, and information about your very own dogs, such as, when they get adopted, how many people have been in the shelter since the dogs were admitted, and the cutest little pictures of them! Overall a great game that is doing great things, I highly recommend!!

The concept of TREAT is really great and I will continue to play! Just a few bugs here and there that will hopefully be fixed soon. One - I hope they bring back the ball throwing instead of the dice, I was able to get earn kibble a lot faster that way. Two - it’s happened 3 times now but TREAT has said that some dogs were rescued, but they just completely disappeared from my account. TREAT will close randomly, but that’s not a big deal. Otherwise, great game and great way to provide for shelter dogs!

This is a great app, but I feel like the delivery status should be a little more accurate. I have 6 packages pending on a pup and others have arrived and I ordered the one pup packages first. Also I think better explanations on the purchases should be provided… like what all is included with remotely fostering… or maybe explained a little better. Other than that TREAT is amazing and helping shelter/rescued dogs which is a huge impact and people who can’t adopt (like myself bc I already have 6) can still help the ones in need… and maybe even adopt if that time comes or spread the word to get them adopted. Also another thing that could be fixed is I live in South Carolina and did not get any option for a SC shelter but I downloaded it on my husbands phone and he did… while I am happy to help other states I wish I could visit some of the ones I’m helping!

I love this whole concept and idea. People play a simple dice board game while learning about shelter dogs and gaining treats and kibble to send to the shelter of the dog you pick. I have sent many treats for free. I love that people can remote sponsor on a monthly meal and this app plan. It’s a really good game worth playing it helps shelter keep dogs longer without hitting the pockets to hard.
I do however have a suggestion. While getting to know the dogs I wish I could know a little more like age and a sentence or two about them. I have sent 12 packages and it would be cool if I could share a video of the dog I sent the package to and not just the shelter video. Also a cat app would be neat. Anyhow I love TREAT as is and I know these things take time and that is money these days.

I absolutely love TREAT! I saw it on a TikTok ad and immediately knew I had to download it. To keep it short, TREAT is everything it advertises. It makes you collect a certain amount of kibbles by playing with the virtual dog and rolling a dice, and once you reach the said amount, it lets you give the real dog a full meal! The game is incredibly thought out and fun to play in general. Though be careful, because if you don’t tend to your dog for too long, it takes your dog away and makes you pick another one. So as long as you check up on the dog everyday at least once, you’ll be fine. Overall, the game is absolutely lovely and I recommend it to everyone.

I’ve been playing for a couple months now. I have 31 dogs - 14 of them rescued. I feel so much pride when a new one is adopted! I pay for shipping (soooo inexpensive for the monthly charge). I’ve unlocked 10 shelters / rescues.
If you DON’T watch ads or pay for extra rolls, your game play is a bit slow - taking several days to a week or more to feed your dog, but hang in there! Several of mine have unlimited health and it gives me the time to devote to bring in new dogs!
Game play is simple, easy to manage in about 15 minutes a day for casual playing, just be sure to play around the same time every day and your doggos will still be there!
by Cabo21
Not only does TREAT allow you to help dogs, you do get to interact. You earn treats to send the dogs just by playing games (shoutout to Chewy for doing this for some well deserved doggos). If you choose to pay, you can send food too but treats are totally free to send. I’ve only had TREAT for 2 weeks and 2 of my dogs (I pick the least treated ones) have already been adopted. This extra exposure and being able to give is so amazing! I sent the link for my friend’s rescue to apply and hope they will be selected someday soon. Thank you to all who made TREAT a real thing!
by DanteAR
I really love this one! Sending free treats to puppies is just my game! I’ve had 5 adopted so far, I’m always happy to see them get their homes but a little sad I’m not playing for them anymore lol. Anyway, the only thing I would change about the game is the number of rolls. You have the option to use one roll or multiply by two or three but the most rolls you get is 28. That’s cool for single and double rolls but not for multiples of three. Please, in the name of all that is good and holy, make the max rolls 30!!!! That way single, double, or triple, the numbers all come out right however you do it. It freaks me out doing my triple rolls and then one single roll. I’m begging you! 💕

I usually don’t leave reviews but TREAT deserves one. I absolutely LOVE this game and all the cute dogs you are able to help and feed. It’s amazing because you get to help not just one but multiple dogs and learn new stuff about them like how long they’ve been in the shelter, how many visitors they’ve had, or why they are in the shelter. I 100% recommend trying TREAT because it’s fun and it help the dogs in the shelter.❤️
by Kat_The_Cat💜
This game is amazing! I mean it’s really great and it makes me feel like I’m helping nearby shelters and dogs! If I could I’d shelter and foster all these dogs irl, but if I did I’d end up with an entire zoo in my house 😂😅 my only critique is that the visuals are lacking a bit, but understandably TREAT is still in Beta as of writing this. I really hope they continue to work on TREAT and help local dogs everywhere around the world!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
by LinenTundra
Hi! So I noticed that there are almost no ads in this game. I think this is a good thing but I also think it would be a good idea to allow us to watch ads (you could make it optional) so we could earn more meals for the dogs. You could get money from the ads and use it toward donating food to the dogs. I would be willing to watch a bunch of ads if it means that shelter dogs get fed.
Also, I just want to say I LOVE the idea behind TREAT and I think it is really cool that I can help shelter dogs with this.
by Logan18452
Adds crash app and I’m just trying to help these lil guys and gals out they need love and food my mother once dropped my dog off at a shelter they aimed to put him down due to his breed this was Griffey pond animal shelter had a friend work there later on got the records my buddy was in fear and I as a kid was helpless in preventing it so now that I can help get treats and food for some to help keep from being put down due to budget costs then I will but TREAT needs to stop crashing overall 1000% great app great thing your doing
by Ramen Reviews
I want TREAT, but can you please fix the bug where the dogs face away from me anytime I play one of the mini games and I go back to the screen. The dog is facing the wrong way, and I can’t see their health bar obviously this game is development so there’s gonna be bugs but 10/10 it’s actually really fun, despite not really being much I look forward to going onto TREAT and being able to roll the dice haven’t had TREAT for real long, but already obsessed with it so fun to be taking care of the pups :)
by Madasf76544
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE IDEA AND CONCEPT OF THIS I WISH THERE WERE MORE GAMES LIKE THIS!!I I think it’s wonderful you are giving shelters dogs treats or a meals but I wish you dint have to pay for meals I wish you could win the dog a meal just like you do a box of treats also , I do wish the games were a little harder not so easy . ONE THING I THINK IS COOL IS THAT YOU GET TO PICK THE DOG AND SHELTER AND SO FAR IVE SENT MY DOGS FOUR BOXES OF this app CANT WAIT TO SEND MORE AND SEE WHAT THEY ADD TO THE GAME !!
by Melody12234
LOVE TREAT to bits! I can help dogs near me without spending a dime, or I can go the extra mile and choose to spend some money to help shelter dogs in need. I like how it is not forcing you to spend anything and it feels great to know that while I play, I can help dogs in real time. TREAT is easy to set up, easy to play, and you can unlock new facts about your dog through gameplay! My new favorite app!
by Squishapus
I LOVE LOVE LOVE TREAT!!!! I do feel as if it’s more childish, but that’s okay. I think this is one of the most wonderful things. I even called to make sure my dog was real and that they do indeed receive treats! (Y’all I’m geeked over this!) I play with my sons and they just LOVE it. I like how it’s free and if you do want to pay it’s cheap. Like thank y’all for being realistic with the prices. 🖤
by User73864
I love TREAT but it does look a little outdated!
Very fun game you gave to wait 1 hour to spin again something’s cost money like the dog food. I’m not sure if it actually works but it’s very cool you can see dogs from real shelters! ( I searched it up). The only thing I would say is that it does look outdated but either way I love this game it feels nice to donate free to dogs in need! ☺️
by J-rod51399
I googled the shelter and asked friends from the area about the shelter to make sure it was real, they already knew where I was talking about and I found the dog I sponsored listed for adoption, sending treats you’ve earned is free but sending meals (dog food) costs like $1-$3 a week and it’s all through chewy who I have had a LOT of amazing experiences with. Definitely a fun way to help non profit shelters during these tough times
by Dogstar4151
I love TREAT bc I can save dogs lives
by Gloria Loves Dogs
I love being able to give treats to dogs in shelters. While sitting or waiting in lines I can this app dogs in need. I have already shared this game with family and friends.
by The Gucciest
I really adore the premise of this game. Gamifying charity efforts has been shown to be SUPER effective, so this game was a great idea :)
I would love to see higher quality graphics someday, and possibly some more varied gameplay.
by Bitchy18
I love everything this game stands for! Super easy to do and it helps animals! The part that has me a little emotional is seeing how many animals need homes. Wish I could take them all home with me :(
by Brietta Murray
So this app you are able to donate to your fave animal at your local shelter! It can cost or you can send just the treats which is free! You can also meet in person or remote adopt which I’m not sure what that is
by Rune3535
This is so great and I love how you can give dogs treats for free ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

It’s so cute and a fun game to play to give doggies in need some treats and food🩷

Love an app that actually helps dogs in need, thank you to my friend who showed me this lovely app :)
by Jwjcuen
We need more games who help out those in need especially animals!
by Kd7255
I hope they partner with some more shelters in Arizona!
I also wish they gave more options for dogs in my area (Arizona)
by Lovernotafighter22
You actually get to help dogs when you can’t in person
by Sparro23
This game helps actual dogs in kennels or pounds/shelters. I get to feel like I am making a difference while playing. It kind of like life mixed with Nintendogs.
by Catp00p_
I love taking care of a puppy, I know buying stuff is optional but most of the stuff you can do to at least send a meal or a this app is free :)
by DarkMoonStar199
Wish it would allow you to pick your area or the animal shelter because most of them if they have to much food they throw it out treats as well because they go bad they don’t communicate between shelters
by The One And Only Jupiter
I’m so happy I het to help shelter dogs I just got it today and I’ve already helped to dogs. I can’t wait to help more I wish I could give more stars

I love playing this game
by BayouCityBobby
I love the idea of TREAT it’s so fun to help shelter animals in need I wish they had a cat or kitten option too. The only thing I was TREAT had was a video or pic or the dog getting the treats or food we send and updates when the dogs receive them other then that I enjoy it very much.
by Roosterbytes
While playing the great game I noticed that one of the options for healthy was Grapes, which are toxic to dogs. All other options were basically like chocolate or sugary stuff. Another was Red Onions, which is also toxic to dogs. I wanted to let you know so you could fix this.
by DaveLovesDragons
I love this idea of being able to help shelter animals through an app game. I hope TREAT gets enough attention so the developers will improve the graphics
by Abbymercer
I love TREAT, it’s a great idea. Let’s you pick multiple dogs you can help and also shows which ones have the least amount of picks so I like to pick those ones. Love it.
by Jaylin??
Such a cute little game, I have a huge soft spot for dogs and this game just does it. I these fur babies so much already, TREAT is great. Always room for improvement but great overall.
by Grimlypitch
Thank you whomever thought of this and all that helped create and maintain it.
This is such a wonderful way to get pups noticed and cared for in a way maybe some people often think they can’t. When you think about getting a pup out of a shelter and fostering them you think of all the logistics that won’t work and this removes all of them. I think so many people do want to help and feel like they can’t and this bridges this gap.
What a wonderful app in a world of really useless apps.
I’ve volunteered in so many shelters and fostered dogs and foster failed and am so happy I did… but it’s intimidating. TREAT is so cute and so gentle and so encouraging if people knew about it why would they ever NOT donate and virtually foster and the like.
I would love to see a holiday party where we can donate toys and let the fosters choose which toy they want from the giant pile.
Anyway - thanks for making TREAT. ❤️
by BeautyRok
This is a great idea for whoever came up with TREAT. It is a perfect way for people to support shelters from home, and for fun.
You choose your doggy and play games to earn them treats and food. The games are very simple, the animation reminds me of the Nintendo Dogs haha 😂❤️ It is free but there are in app purchases to increase the amount your dog (and possibly other dogs) receives. You even have the opportunity to meet/foster the dog if you would like..
I’d love to add a suggestion: Dogs need toys for brain stimulation. Adding toys as an option/subscription would be cool to see!
by RoyalBluJay
TREAT is wonderful I love that I can actually make a difference in real life. It makes me feel like I’m making good use of my time while playing a game. I love the updates to the graphics of the game however I miss a feature from the previous version. You used to be able to unlock pieces of different photos of your dogs through the board. It really showed the personality of the dog and I thought it was a nice touch I’m sad to see it isn’t there anymore and would love to see it brought back in the future.
by Scoobyxpurt
It brings me relief being able to give these dogs treats and learn about them. So so many dogs go unnoticed and it both warms and breaks my heart being able to see these dogs and be one of the few people to see and appreciate them. It crashes when I want to watch ads and is the only app to make my phone hot, maybe add an optimize feature for players with cheaper phones? ❤️ I look forward to future updates and hope my phone can run it better soon so I can watch more ads. Thank you for making this possible
by PoohStarrKG10
I love that I can still make a difference from my own home without having to go anywhere. I love even more that I can help without breaking the bank. I have 25 dogs I’m playing and getting treats for. 4 have been rescued, and I will continue to help more. Love love love TREAT. One of my favorites next to finch. Yeah watching ads gets exhausting, but I also remember these pups didn’t ask to be here either. Glad I can help even from so far away.
by CocoPazuzuDog
this app is the perfect game for a busy bee who wants to make a difference. The gameplay is simple and easy, and it won’t take you more than three minutes each time you play. This isn’t a tough game. It’s not a financial commitment. You literally just press the same button fifteen times and occasionally play a cute mini game to give real treats to real dogs and make a real difference. And it’s a tiny game, so it won’t eat up your storage space. 5/5 stars
by Hrhehbeudhd
I recommend it to almost everyone I know, sometimes it’s a little laggy but who cares if you’re helping animals? I’d love if we could get more than two pictures or maybe a video of the pup? I’d love to see more animals other than dogs too (not that dogs aren’t important) this game is so fun and I love helping the animals. If I could adopt them all I would. (Also maybe add in a feature where u have an option to send them a toy or something that would be so cool)
I apologize but feel extremely confused. I only played for treats, but looked up up my Chewy Account and it says I have no orders. The lady I spoke to from Chewy said she never heard of this, before. I am confused. Please explain?
