Treat id: sMprvlp I’ve been having this issue for over a month now I think and contacted the regular support twice. So I used to have the unlimited package for anything I earned for all my dogs. Then I got a pop up each time I logged in that my payment had failed. The card connected to my phone and App Store purchases is correct. I tried clicking the fis link in the pop up, but the menu I was presented with in the app just allowed you to delete plans. So I thought I would cancel the plan and then buy it again and that might rectify the issue. The subscription I had ran out some time ago, but each time I earn a meal and the app asks me if I want to send meals and treats or only treats, if I go to select a payment type for the meals, unlimited appears to be already selected, but the app clearly thinks it’s not, it will only allow me to send meals if I sign up far a different plan. So in conclusion, the unlimited plan is selected for all my dogs, but the subscription ran out some time ago, and I cannot repurchase the plan in order to send the meals I earn to my dogs.

This app has a lot of room for improvement if you forget your password you can’t get your account back. The care team provided no help! They said they could transfer this or that , but never helped me understand or explain how! The app is being set up to fail all for forgetting your password, they also don’t explain very well at all how the game works when you’re trying to win food for a certain shelter/rescue. It has a great mission/goal but very poorly executed, as no way to simply change a password!? So be warned if you forget your password & you have made purchases you’re just out of luck! Do better with the execution of the features of this app, because I want all the rescues/shelters, to know you just lost a player that was going to purchase a plan to get the food I won sent to you! You guys need to complain to the developer how they need to make it easier to recover especially if you’re paying they offer no protections !! I hate that because I actually wanted to play to help my friends that run shelters/rescues, as of now you have lost a player & I deleted the app
