Definitely enjoy the ease with which I can order and the amount of order customization is great, but have found a couple issues that have been problems.

When I try to copy over a previous order, I keep getting routed to pick up instead of delivery, even when the previous order was delivery.

Second, there’s no way to correct a mistake to the order in the system after it’s been placed, even if you immediately notice it. You can call the store, but so far, I’ve not been successful there.

Lastly, (and related to the above), you should have to opt in for a delivery time of as soon as possible, rather than for it to be a default selection when you choose delivery. I’d caught myself and corrected it in the past, but today I didn’t so now I guess I’ll be having a very early dinner.

When I use app to order a shake off of the dessert menu, it automatically chooses two individual shakes. It will not let me choose just one individual shake, always two. Instead of being charged the price of one shake, app will always charge for two. I can’t get around that on DogHaus . Please, Devs, please someone fix and update DogHaus so this doesn’t continue happening. Other than that, DogHaus is very helpful when ordering ahead.

App has an easy layout to it. One possible improvement would be lifetime spending since opening a account. Also bring back the swag for each level.

Got a $7 reward from a friend referral. It shows up in DogHaus and the reward is activated but it won’t actually apply to the order. Ordered at the location and when I scanned my barcode to pay I never got the $7 off. All the manager would tell me is that DogHaus is buggy and there’s nothing she could do at her end. Could not get a refund and ended up having to pay full price for order.

Tip: start an online order and see if the reward shows up in your order summary. If it doesn’t then don’t expect it to work at the restaurant.

My experience using DogHaus has been disappointing because the ETA for when my orders are ready to pick up is almost never accurate. Typically, I end up waiting an extra 10-20 minutes after arriving at the scheduled pick up time. So annoying. Also, the radial buttons when selecting the plant based breakfast burrito are confusing.

I love coming here and ordering on DogHaus , but for the past few months DogHaus doesn’t load at all. I can’t order pickup at all, and delivery always says the store is closed no matter what time of day. I’d like to be able to order again and use my points but it’s completely non-functional. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works.

I have reached out to the Dog Haus customer service, a few times and each time, the service has been amazing!! Keep up the great work!!

DogHaus is cool. Not sure if user error, but I did all the things it requested but kept saying invalid.

The food is great though. Just takes a while for them to make it. Reason why order to go is ideal, if you can get it to work

Made to order and every time we have been here the food has been perfect! My husband loves trying the specialty anytime they come out with one!

I’ve tried to use the bday reward twice and both times it didn’t give the discount. Hopefully the update fixed the issue.

Not sure what happened, I ordered food on DogHaus and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes past my pick up time for my food. When I asked about my order they said it was coming. They claimed it got stuck in the system. Would’ve been nice to have a free beer but maybe next time.

You must have an Internet connection to pay cash with DogHaus. Without being online, DogHaus only allows a credit purchase. Also, DogHaus claims you can scan a receipt after a purchase to get credit, but this is not true.

Contacting tech support for DogHaus will get you incorrect information. The tech support people don’t know how DogHaus works.

Every time I order the food is perfect. The pictures of the food is exactly how it’s served every time. I order from here weekly

New items are not available with app. Store system is down 50% of the so cannot pay with DogHaus or get credit for purchases. Even when the system is up most the cashiers do not know how to use without help.

The manager was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I asked her a question on how to use DogHaus and she told me she didn’t know how to use DogHaus and she didn’t have time to help me. There was ONE person behind me! And in order to get the deal, I had to use DogHaus and it was a simple question that she couldn’t answer!! Sue is the manager, too busy to help a paying customer. Very disappointed.

I have enjoyed using DogHaus for take out in the past. Unfortunately, the monthly special has been incorrect for at least two months, so I have to order in house. Otherwise four stars. Five stars if they included ALL modifications or a place for special instructions.

Apparently, level up removed online ordering in April of 2021, but you’d never know that. Without a way to do online ordering through DogHaus , this is useless.

We need a new way to order ahead. Time for a new rewards app! Until they update DogHaus , it gets one star, and I won’t be going there again.

Several missing items in the menu on DogHaus versus the store itself.
Not a big issue however trying to “avoid the lines” and order online I have tried to place my order multiple times no confirmation and no receipt for the food.
It just keeps saying at the top that this app level up not avail at this location and to modify my order

But no instructions as to what to “fix” on my order
Waste of time had to go to the store and order so there was no point.

Would love to order directly from the business, but DogHaus hasn’t let me order breakfast burritos from the Topanga Canyon (Canoga Park) location so we’ve had to use a third party app where they’re more expensive.

Awesome ready to order burgers or you can make your own to order. Perfection!

The rewards are absolute trash and a scam to say the least. Spend 100 dollars to get a free hot dog. Spend 500 for a free meal and 1000 for two meals. Oh and it’s only on your birthday. Not worth it at all. No one is going to get 500 let alone 1000 dollars worth of food from one place in a year. Like come on.

Haven’t had anything that’s not delish, especially the Impossible Burger!

You never get rewards regardless of what you spend. Do to a very big order I am at Top Dog status, but not once in 6 months have I received anything that is promised. No swag, no free upgrades, no free food on my birthday.

Unable to order kids meal & my birthday reward is not loaded. Real pain.
