Definitely enjoy the ease with which I can order and the amount of order customization is great, but have found a couple issues that have been problems.
When I try to copy over a previous order, I keep getting routed to pick up instead of delivery, even when the previous order was delivery.
Second, there’s no way to correct a mistake to the order in the system after it’s been placed, even if you immediately notice it. You can call the store, but so far, I’ve not been successful there.
Lastly, (and related to the above), you should have to opt in for a delivery time of as soon as possible, rather than for it to be a default selection when you choose delivery. I’d caught myself and corrected it in the past, but today I didn’t so now I guess I’ll be having a very early dinner.
