I’m not able to find dog haus app on my iPhone in App Store. Nowhere to find it. I had it and delete and then try to download it again but nowhere to find it. It’s nowhere to see it. Lost in Texas.
Refer a friend reward not applies

Got a $7 reward from a friend referral. It shows up in the app and the reward is activated but it won’t actually apply to the order. Ordered at the location and when I scanned my barcode to pay I never got the $7 off. All the manager would tell me is that the app is buggy and there’s nothing she could do at her end. Could not get a refund and ended up having to pay full price for order.
Tip: start an online order and see if the reward shows up in your order summary. If it doesn’t then don’t expect it to work at the restaurant.
App order came out slow

Not sure what happened, I ordered food on the app and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes past my pick up time for my food. When I asked about my order they said it was coming. They claimed it got stuck in the system. Would’ve been nice to have a free beer but maybe next time.
Requires Internet Connection to Pay Cash

You must have an Internet connection to pay cash with this app. Without being online, the app only allows a credit purchase. Also, the app claims you can scan a receipt after a purchase to get credit, but this is not true.
Contacting tech support for the app will get you incorrect information. The tech support people don’t know how the app works.
