I'm having trouble with both the website & the app. When I try to use the website I get a solid white page-nothing else. I've tried it with Chrome,Waterfox, & Edge. I can't download the books with the app & I can't get it to send me the books.

How to fix Booksprout app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Booksprout app on iPhone
Update Booksprout app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Booksprout iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Booksprout on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Booksprout network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Booksprout Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Booksprout not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Booksprout App
1. On android, goto Settings » Booksprout » click [Force Stop]

Update Booksprout to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Booksprout App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Booksprout » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Booksprout.

Fix Booksprout unable to contact server/ Booksprout internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Booksprout » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Booksprout » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Booksprout
