I'm having trouble with both the website & the app. When I try to use the website I get a solid white page-nothing else. I've tried it with Chrome,Waterfox, & Edge. I can't download the books with the app & I can't get it to send me the books.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Booksprout app issues:

Force Stop the Booksprout App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Booksprout app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Booksprout to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Booksprout App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Booksprout app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Booksprout.

Fix Booksprout unable to contact server/ Booksprout internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Booksprout » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Booksprout » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
