I only understand English, so i can’t use my new GoPro Fusion? How could this be??

I just got a Hero 8 and was trying to go through the set up process, which requires the use of the GoPro app. This appears to be a third party app.

I was so excited to finally use it, but when I opened GP忠欣美國品牌運動相機台灣代理 it was all in Chinese or what ever language it is! I tried to find a way to switch the language but I couldn’t understand what is said. Why did they put it this way?

Why is the gopro app in some asian dialect?? I don’t see and english one?? Is this from gopro because they have their logo. Why does this not seem to be supported in the American market? Did I kiss something??
