It’s been a month now without earning this app. Keep emailing and no one is helping. They keep telling me I’m confused and not telling me why my device isn’t sending data. Lost my level 3 perks and have to restart from scratch if it ever works again. Didn’t even earn enough to pay the device off.

Unable to connect my Tesla MY with this service. Have tried uninstalling/ installing numerous times. DIMO looks promising, wish it actually worked.

Every update it’s going to be a 50/50 chance DIMO will be broken and your connection will be lost. I just found out I’m 2 weeks behind on a connection after their most recent update. I am now no longer able to setup a new connection. It’s constantly stuck on the “configuring” device page. I think I spent more gas idling trying to get this to work then I’ve made. I’m out next pump.

Had it 3 days have to jumpstart it everyday, Bluetooth issues wallet connect (Metamask?) a nightmare. This is not helium guys get the Autopi the Marconi has so many bugs and compatibility issues it’s a nightmare app is even worse but if you want to buy something it’s great if your in Crypto this is DEPeND not DEPIN

Mobile app worked for a while then stopped abruptly. Login screen freezes, support not accessible.

Tesla owner here and it hasn’t worked for 3 weeks. Been emailing back and forth now and it never gets fixed. Lucky if they reply within 3 days.

Update. A month now and still ZERO support.

Do you guys even test?? How can you release such obvious bugs?

Device and app has not worked since purchase. When I reached out for support they state many customers have same issue and no timeline to fix the issue. I ask for a refund as their policy state can refund the item for any defects or failures. The customer service says item can’t be refunded if it’s been paired with app. How can you possibly identify defects or failures without pairing the item? I paid money for a working item not this junk. Bad business and service.

Too buggy. Starts every five times. Crashes often. Claims native integration with Tesla. It is a complete joke. It shows only battery charge level and mileage. With so many functional smart car apps, I just can’t see the purpose.

Installed and opened app. It was asking for update and forwarded me to app store where I have updated DIMO (shouldn’t the newly installed app already include the update?). When opening the this app app again after the update it is asking for update and forwards me back to app store. A loophole.

Often fails to login or generate the proper pop up on metamask for vehicle registration. Poor UX will hurt adoption

I’m trying to connect my MetaMask wallet but it’s not passing the login screen once I sign off on my MetaMask.

After update the metamask wallet won’t connect and returns back to set up vehicle

Getting “invalid verification code” after entering the code you sent to my email. Please fix!

Starting to wonder if I wasted my money on this. I hope they get it fixed. I’m tired of turning in troubleshooting tickets.

Warning : I bought this device about a week ago after doing some research it when you first login you can login using a external wallet and coin base wallet was one of upon signing up and paring my new device I was notified that the wallet isn’t supported even though it got pared so I was afraid that my reward wouldn’t get sent to the right address so tried transferring wallet didn’t work after that one my option was to unpair the device and creat another one using meta wallet or rainbow when I tried connecting the device it said that it was still connected to account I deleted and removed the vehicle from so now my device is unusable!

The last update kicked me out and now I can’t log in. It was working great before the update.

After this latest update to 1.3, I can’t open DIMO . It crashes as soon as I open it. I hope a developer sees this and releases a fix. Very frustrating.

this app is for the people! Be grateful for their love for this project! Money is nice and all but they truly are building a project that will be around for a long time!

Great and easy to use. This is the future.

I’m one of the first adopters of this app using a Tesla fleet. Cashed in on over $20,000 at a time when I really needed it. this app made me a believer in DePIN.

If you have a Tesla you need DIMO lol, literally just set it up and you don’t need to purchase any extra equipment it will integrate directly into the car and you get crypto deposited into your account every week. By far the best DePin crypto app that I’ve come across to date keep it up guys this is truly something unique and special!!

DIMO is updated very often. I love how DIMO is constantly adding functionality. The rewards are nice too!

Can’t connect with wallet anymore since the last update.

Just wanna start by saying I’m not a bot, and I am not being paid/sponsored to leave this review. This is my unbiased review from my experience thus far. I have been onboard for almost a month now and I gotta say, it’s been awesome so far! My earnings have not been too bad, considering I’m just using the “free to participate” option, which receives no points multiplier. They do offer 2 OBD-2 plug in pieces of hardware. 1 for $99( Macaron-2x multiplier) & $299(AutoPi-6x multiplier) I will be ordering 1 of each when there’s no back order as you can at minimum double up your earnings while using either and being logged into your vehicles connected service plan via DIMO . Going to add the wife’s car my next day off as well!

They also offer discounted services thru multiple partnerships they’ve made since they started this journey. Using their ecosystem, I onboarded with NATiX, which is an AI powered-dash cam mapping thing. They have also been a pleasure to work with! Best part is you can use your phone, so no being forced to spend hundreds on dash cam just to participate. I highly recommend this app to anyone reading this. You won’t regret it I promise!

I love it. Tons of great info about my cars, and the team has been incredibly helpful. I use it with my Tesla and ford explorer and highly suggest it. Awesome job this app team!

The interface and feedback I get about my car is fantastic. In addition, the offers and 3rd party platforms align with my vehicle’s needs, if/when I choose to use them. Potential for DIMO is limitless at this point.
