Do not use this card! It is a scam. I haven鈥檛 used this card for a year and last week I got a letter in the mail saying my card had been compromised and there were fraudulent charges. The only way to dispute was to send in a letter to the company which by the time I received their letter telling me about the fraudulent charges, my time had expired. Spent hours on the phone trying to talk to a person or get the correct department to dispute the charges just to be told they can鈥檛 do anything over the phone and I needed to send in a letter. So I decided to just take the loss and at least close my account. I got the runaround with that as well. Pass off from one call center to another, told they couldn鈥檛 close the account. Finally was able to get the correct person on the phone they said they could put in the request to close my account. I said can I get a confirmation number that you are closing my account? They said they have to send a request to get a confirmation of my request to close my account! Insane! So I鈥檓 hoping now that I get an email in the next two weeks confirming my account is closed because they said it will probably take 2 weeks! to close the account! Lol. Also since they were unable or willing to do anything about the fraudulent charge the balance will be coming out of my deposit that I had to pay to open they account. This company is evil.

I鈥檝e been calling these people since dec 19 of 2023 for my refund of 200$. And I have been getting the run around since. I鈥檝e calling these people atleast 6 times now. Each time I get a different story or excuse. Once time I got hung up on. I would not recommend anyone to do business with these people. I was told that I never sent a deposit until I told them that o have the email showing that they received it and that it was taking out of my bank account. Then I was told that I have to withdraw the account first. Then it was we can鈥檛 find my information. Then it was my address changed. I鈥檝e had the same address for over a year now. Then I get a letter saying that I have to pay them 43$ on January 20, 2025 for an account that I don鈥檛 even have. Do not give these people your social because they will make you up an account and charge you. I was told 3 times that I will be receiving my deposit back since dec 19. First it was within 3 to 5 days now they are telling me within 15 days. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. I knew I should have never sent that deposit. If I could put negative stars I would . Y鈥檃ll don鈥檛 deserve a star. Thought it was a legitimate company because they was found through Experian.

This has to be the worst credit card and the worst app ever created. From the very beginning, anytime I made a payment it would take 7+ days before it would show in my account. This made me worry that I would be charged more if the payment didn鈥檛 go in by the time it was due, even though I always paid at least one week before the due date. What really became the final straw was when I tried to make a payment this year and was told that I reached the maximum amount of times I could pay in the app. I had the card for 1 year and would sometimes make 2 payments a month as I heard that helps gain credit points quicker. I had to mail in my last 2 payments which, unfortunately, is faster than paying in the app. The reward points system is also garbage, it said pending for MONTHS. I closed my card and didn鈥檛 get to use my remaining $5 reward because of how incompetent the app is. After closing my account I was told that it would be 2 weeks before they officially closed my account and 10 weeks before I would receive my $200 down payment refund. Do yourself a service and look at literally any other credit card.
