I really got excited about this when I realized I could customize my own sessions as I feel or as I need like. Endless options there for me: diet, exercise, social skills, confidence. I’ve tried a really loooooong session with everything in it and also separate, short sessions dedicated to each target I wanted covered. Works either way. Sooo…I haven’t yet been able to get past the first couple of minutes of the first session, which I began December 22.
Today is January 8.

My issue is with that VOICE.
I am honestly baffled by the voice who is guiding this introductory meditation.
It’s that of an elderly man which makes me feel like I’m listening to a Halloween Special podcast of a “Something Wicked This Way Comes” rendition, and then depending on my mood, I end up in either a laughing fit at the ridiculous irony or I become totally spooked if I happen to be home alone at night.

I’ve even played it for two other people just to make sure my mind wasn’t playing tricks on me.

Just bizarre. I don’t mean to be harsh about this, but where is the awareness (self or otherwise) of MINDFORGESelfHypnosisAura’s creators??
