This app is so useless they might as well not even have it. It disconnects from the smoker all the time and most of the time you can’t even set the temps from because nothing will happen.

This app works when it wants to work. Constantly shows my smoker connected but says “looking for device”

This app is too buggy. It was a huge selling point for this grill. But as soon as I lock my screen or go to a different app on my phone the app loses connection with the grill. In order to get it to work again I have to delete the grill from the app, then pair it again. I have already done this multiple times every time I use the grill. I don’t see other Wi-Fi enabled grills with this problem.
I see their was a recent update, so I deleted the app and re downloaded. To make sure I have the latest version, and it still crashes. I am very disappointed to say the least, and hope there is a real fix soon. Before I push this to the curb and buy something else.
